(I) ACCOUNTANT

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
o To receive & process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments
o Verify calculations & input codes into the account systems in an accurate manner
o To maintain & reconcile direct debit mandates
o to ensure filling is done in a timely and accurate manner
o Assist in budget preparations, book keeping and salary administartion
o Prepare checks for payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
o B.Sc/ HND Accounting
o ACA/ ANAN certification- but where this is not available years of experience will suffice, provided candidate is knowledgeable in accounting functions
o knowledge of accounting software or be a fast learner
o 1-3 years experience in a financial institution
o Must be computer literate


(II) AUDITOR
o Establish internal control policies for accounting to ensure that financial information is accurate to prevent fraud
o Examines records of departments to ensure recording of transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
o Review records periodically pertaining to material assets as equipment and building to ensure optimal utilisation
o Conduct audits and due diligence for management to assess the effectiveness of controls of financial records & effectiveness of operations


PERSON SPECIFICATION:
o B.SC/ HND Accountancy
o Professional qualification as ACA, ICAN, ANAN will be an added advantage
o 2-3 years experience in a financial institution or audit firm
o Must be computer literate
o Must possess integrity
