I am also very fond of delicious and variety of food.
I am a big food lover.
I live in India thus most of the foods which I like you may not be aware of those dishes.
At the moment I was thinking about the Paranthas[ it is a chapati stuffed with the meshed potatoes with some spices and then it is tossed over a flat pan with some butter which gives it brownish colour] I like this dishes with curd/yoghurt and pickles.
And there are many other dishes which are also very very delicious in India and it is more likely that you like those dishes.
But am very sad that I have not tasted any Nigerian dishes yet but willing to do that in near future when I will visit the Nigeria very soon.
Thanks a lot for reminding about the food. Now I am feeling hungry and going to have some tasty dish.
