Is dis form a substitute 4d online registration I've been unlucky wid d interswitch gateway payment, tried a mastercard & verve card with no success. Pls HELP!

Pls I'll like too know how you intend helping me out. The portal in
question might close anytime soon. I have not waited till now because
of som sorta unseriousness; just a victim of an annoying payment solution. This is d error I keep receiving like a million times when I try make the payment "Unsuccessful callback: 61:Exceeds Withdrawal Limit:200000:7847"
