If we read 1thesselonians 5;2-4 New King James Version (NKJV) 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. I was surprised to know that when many seek or struggle for absolute peace in this satan ruled world devoid of the thought of Gods kingdom as d only avenue to worlds peace,then it shows the end is near.. Many religious leaders,political leaders and also organisations feel and think world peace can be achieved by humans..little do they know that d ruler of this world is still on rampage.. Its weightless effort when we think peace $ security can be achieved by humans when satan still rules d world.. 1thesselonians tells us that those who have that mentality will soon experience sudden destruction and there'll be no escape for such ones... But for any who understands d scriptures would know no human parastatal can bring about world peace but Yahwehs kingdom with his son as king designate.. I don't know where they get there own scriptures, even our lord Jesus never said there be peace in the world, he plainly said in me you shall have peace, not in the world. I don't know how they catigorise it, in me you shall have peace, he never promise us that there is going to be peace in these world. Do you know that it is the devil that is rulling these world presently. Even the bible said so, you see we have to understand the bible very well. The bible is not a literature, that we just read it like novel, its is the Holy spirit that teach the bible because he is the one that wrote it. so no matter how had we pray sinse the wounded lion is still roaring, going up and down on the earth, do you know that he is still very much alive? He is not in the bottomless now, he has not chained and be throun in the bottomless pit, he was only chase out from heven, so it is only haven that has peace not the earth, that is why you hear all kind of news, war, rumour of war crime , all manner of crime, terrorist earth quake, you have not seen any thing yet, these is just the begining, iam not trying to put fear in you, that is what the bible says and that is what is going to happen, so each time our pastors are talking about I laugh because they don't know the scipture. You see some pastor or man of God as they claim to be may also want to give me another quotation where one prophet of is it ezekiel or so I can not remember vividly pray for the peace of the nation where you find yourself because for the peace of nation, you will find peace, now many men of God even the prominent one now capitalised on that, teling their congregations pray for your country, pray for the world. They formed a menber, united nation, peace keeping, allied forces , name it, christian association of nigeria and the world at large are also part of them headed by pope, who crown them with titles and honour, and yet the world are building more dangerous weporns that can destroy humanity withen a second, erac eran, russia suoth korea north korea isreal japan name it , you know them I know then, even america that claimed peace maker also have there own and still yet some body is talking about peace, now jeremiah or ezekiel who told isreal to pray peace, can you tell me when these country called isreal ever withness peace, they either fithing from one place to the other even right from the bible time and uptil now have they ever experience peace? The only time that isreal experience peace is when solomon is was on throne, and it was God that made it so for a purpose God said in his rein there shall be peace, and after solomon rein crises continue, old testament is the shadow of the new testament, old testament is the law and Jesus christ is the fullfilment of the law. All other prophet also speak of and are willing to see his days so my people praying for peace in these world is like turning our heart from God. Are you confuse? How do I mean? Since you are from Niger-Delta, let me ask you this question; -there were two poor farmers who lost their land to oil companies and the corrupt government did nothing. No compensation. When the poor farmers had nothing to feed their family, they resorted to oil bunkering. The farmers and their families died in an explosion fro the oil pipes when they were stealing from it. Do you really believe that these people will go to hell after suffering on earth? Living in poverty and made even more poor by the government. Yu will claim that they should not have bunkered oil but my question would then be what were they going to do with no income or education and their children hungry? |
