Globacom ED-HR Adewale Sangowawa, The Worst Person Ever by adebimpetayo: 5:52am On Jun 10, 2012 |
Globacom employees issues are regular in news. Now the HR has started harrassing Indian expatriats. A horrible incident occurred in recent which clearly indicates how inhuman the Human resources can be. An Indian was forced to resign about a month back. His fault ?? He dared to reach HR office to enquire his accomodation request status. He requested Sangowawa for early processing of lease request, as his current lease was scheduled to expire after a month. Sangowawa didn't like to be reminded on pendings at his end and got furious on his request. He ordered his department to prepare false claims and ensure removal of his own expat staff. It sounds abnormal but Sangowawa has created a terror in the organisation which has ruined Globacom work culture. |

Sir, if your neighbor is robbed and you remain silent then please remember...next number is yours.. It is better not to invite them rather hiring and leaving a bad impression of our Country. |
