I was just reading on CNN that Spain has applied for a $125 Billion loan from the Eurozone. http://edition.cnn.com/2012/06/10/business/spain-banks-euro-crisis/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 How does this loan work? Is the Country given the Loan in cash or is there a way this loan is implemented. Where does the Loan money come from? If most countries/Companies are trying and battling to get out of recession then who provides the money for the loans? Or is there an unending source of money somewhere. Please anybody with suitable answers in here. Thanks |
