I need to write a script to process some xml for me. I know how to do this in ruby.

I vowed to myself that I'd start writing all my small scripts in python, so I can learn the language.

However, I'm kind of tired and need to get this done relatively soon, and am not sure I really want to learn the relevant python library for this.

Should I take the lazy way out or not?
