Following the success of “The Mirror Boy”, writer/ director, Obi Emelonye, once again finds himself walking on the path to glory, with the premiere of his much talked about movie “Last Flight To Abuja”. The movie parades an array of stars; Anthony Monjaro, Hakeem Kae-Kazin, Omotola Jalade Ekehinde, Jim Iyke, Uche Odoputa, Jennifer Oguzie, Jide Kosoko, Celine Loader, Charlse Granville. Over 1,300 people; fans, movie enthusiasts, invited guests, cast and crew arrived in high spirits at the Troxy cinemas, London, venue of the premiere, to celebrate with the host, but more importantly to watch and assess the flick first hand.

The movie was inspired by series of air crashes that shook the Nigerian Aviation Industry in 2006. Based on true life events, Obi recreates and produces a movie embedded in suspense, twisty scenes, thriller effects about this presumably ‘safest’ mode of transportation that turns out to be nightmare for the passengers.
The delay in kicking off the premiere did not dampen the morale of the people as they were soon engrossed in the usual pomp and pageantry associated with top class premieres.
