Hi, pls does any 1 knw where I can purchase a NOUN application form? Iv tried different branches both on d Island and Mainland of d following banks:FCMB, Zenith, Skye, Access, UBA, Oceanic( now Eco bank) and First Bank. D most funny thing is that the staffs seems 2 av no idea bot d form @ all. So they can't even reconmend when 2 chek back. I was reli sad and frustrated 2day! Pls any1 wit useful info of which bank 2 go 2 and the branch, will b appriciated! Tanks God bless.
