Hello guys, so i am completing nysc soon, and I dont want to be jobless after it. So I am in the middle of doing a franchise deal to get some make up into naij so I can distribute in markets, beauty shops, retailers, supermarket, pharmacies, etc... My question is, do I need NAFDAC for these? I know nafdac is needed for cosmetics, but is make up considered cosmetics by nafdac. their regulations on their website seems geared towards lotions, creams to me. pls correct me if I am wrong. |
