Ma site which get indexed immediately i post a content but now i cant find ma new post after changing the template and post title.what might be the cause?

Start using Google webmaster tools today. It will help you identify the problem and profer solutions. It happebed to me too and I found out it was due to a drop in pagerank. My pagerank dropped because I didn't specify my preferred URL. I was using www.cynamix.net and most sites are linking to me as http://cynamix.net. Google was seeing them as 2 different sites.

Another problem can be that Google reduced the number of times it's crawling your site. This can be as a result of many factors but the most common are:
1. Your site is not easy to navigate
2. You don't update your site often
3. I used a plugin sometimes ago that crashed my sitemap, I found out when I tried to resubmit my sitemap to google.

There are more, just find out using google webmaster tools.
