with ur qualifications u can only do PGD programme.Better still find ur way to PG School or ur aspiring Dept for correct enquiry & info....

M.Ed (Long Essay) that means u can't proceed for ur PhD until u pass thru M.Phil cos u ain't writng any thesis.
M.A.Ed (thesis)u can proceed for ur PhD so far u av 60% score fr PhD progm.

It always difficult to change from professional to academic masters. But very easy to change from professional to academic. But u will need to pay some money sha. I think 5k am not so sure.

I RECOMMEND U GO TO NETQUE OFFICE, ASK OF EITHER MR SUNDAY OR GODSPOWER, EXPLAIN TO EITHER OF THEM AND REQUEST THEY CHANGE IT FROM THEIR SYSTEM AND SINCE YOU HAVE NOT BEING RECOMMENDED AT DEPT OR FACULTY, I DON'T THINK THERE'S NEED TO GO TO DEPT. THESE GUYS MAY REFUSE BUT MR SUNDAY MIGHT ACCEPT. WORSE STILL, WAIT TILL AFTER ADMISSION AND CHANGE THOUGH THAT'S MORE STRESSFUL. @ THE PERSON HAVING 3RD REF ISSUES, ON UR TRACK PAGE, ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE REF WHO IS YET TO RESPOND AND REFILL THE SAME DETAILS. MEANWHILE, YOU ACTUALLY NEED JUST TWO REFS TO RESPOND.
