Can u imagine? I went out and instructed my gal not 2 open d gate 4 anybody. Only 4 me 2 come back and notice my light was off and i have a prepaid meter with N6k n my a/c. I asked my gal what happened? She said dat s/1 came and said he z a PHCN official and requested 4 my bill and she couldn't provide it so dey removed d light. I thought d prepaid meter stuff z my business and not der business. Dat was how dey challenged my neighbour d other day dat she loaded N2k in her a/c and she has been using it up2 a month. Ahhh,can s/1 tell me if PHCN has d right 2 challenge me since i have a prepaid meter? I thought how i load my token z my business. S/1 should help me cos am angry right now.
