the obvious thing is that there are different as they come from different manufacturers

can the two manufacturer make the same model ? no, so common sense should tell you that they would be different since there are made buy different manufacturer

it was going to be easy if you are comparing a model of car but different years of manufacturer i.e a honda odyssey 2001 and 2004

You should go back to the drawing board and rephrase your question both cars are targeted at the same customer but the way you asked the question is kinda confusing you should be comparing them not asking for the difference also be distinct in your comparism instead of year you could compare them in terms of generation there is no sense in comparing a first generation sienna manufactured in 1998 to a first generation odyssey manufactured in 2003
