For social anxiety you need to go to a doctor and talk about it and your treatment options. Sometimes medication helps and talking to your doctor because he or she can give you other ides to help solve your problem, but it's what you want and what works best for you. I hope this helps |

you will need to see a psychiatrist and/or a psychologists. Desensitization is the main stay of treatment.Where you are gradually exposed to the stimulus until you get used to it and it does not cause you any anxiety.In the interim medication can be prescribed to help in acute distressing situations. See a doctor! |
