These started 2mnths back...all fresh tomatoe that i try to cook hav sour taste..any idea on what's causin these?...need this on the front page plz mr moderator |

Really? Didn't notice. Did u do your investigation before starting this thread? Maybe it wasn't properly cooked. Maybe your ingredients has expired. Or no electricity? Is it the raw tomatoes having the sour taste? So many questions to be asked. |

It is normal because all species of TOMATO contains various degrees of organic (natural) acid and SOURNESS is one the properties of ACID. |
