How reasonable n sensible am I in applying for NYSCMDGWAP LOAN to d tune of 250k as it was granted last year. The discharge Certificate wil be withheld n Reference Letter/To Whom it may concern wil be issued pending the payment of d loan at no interest,till when ur business is well established . My concern is dat while stil on loan can I be admited 4PGD/MASTER, or get a gud n highly competitive job. Are their any other hidden side effect Pls n how do I manage dis situation. |
