they won't attend to you expect it emergency. I will advice you go on week days.

Instead of giving scholarship to the child/ren of departed soldiers, I think they should find a way of ending this insurgency. If the young man was not killed he will be able to watch his child grow, take care of her,his wife, parents,and even friends but no since some set of people are cashing out of it they won't want it to end and beside neither them nor their children are among.

No if your clinic days falls on any public holiday you will be asked to come back the following week but that does not mean you won't be attended to if you have complain or emergency.
