It should be automatic sponsorship from Government once anything happens to any soldier while fighting for our Nation.

That's the fact, the war has been more of business. It is politically motivated by some bigwigs in the government to accumulate wealth for themselves thereby wasting innocent lives in the north.....What a Country.

Instead of giving scholarship to the child/ren of departed soldiers, I think they should find a way of ending this insurgency. If the young man was not killed he will be able to watch his child grow, take care of her,his wife, parents,and even friends but no since some set of people are cashing out of it they won't want it to end and beside neither them nor their children are among.
