The truth is if Tinubu has major investment in that area. No one will think of demolishing it

When we say some of these demolitions are silly. They call you IPOB, Omo Igbo.

Break the bullies head. we will meet in court.

For girl child i can understand. However, i'd train my daughter to defend herself.

My honest view is that there is a grand plan to sabotage Asiwaju’s presidency. The approach is in two fronts. Economy and insecurity
You will think that Tinubu understands Nigeria and the ethnic chauvinism that comes with it. Many Nigerians are loyal to their Tribe and religion before Nigeria.
Buhari was not foolish in keeping the security architecture in the North. He preferred that if he was failing. He rather fail with his kinsmen.
Asiwaju took over and left the 3 most key decision making security chiefs in the hands of Fulani. They have unleashed across the country. More than 700 kidnapped January till date. Mark it. This is just the beginning.

Between January 2023 to May 2023. Go and look at the data. Insurgency almost disappeared. Kidnapping was just flashes across the country. It’s like since Tinubu took over. They have been unleashed.
Before he wakes up. His government will be gone. Tinubu need not be told that many Northern elite didn’t want him including Buhari. So the war has shifted from the ballot box to security and economic sabotage.

See the top 3 security heads and we want to win the war on insecurity.

National Security adviser - Mallam Nuhu Ribadu
DG DSS – Yusuf Magaji Bichi
ARMY - Gen. C.G Musa; - Chief of Defence Staff (CDS)
AIR FORCE - AVM H.B Abubakar

Solution is simple: Tell the service chiefs and DSS to Stop the insecurity or loose your Jobs in 6 months. If they fail, sack them without delay and see how insurgency will be decimated in the North.

Tinubu also left Mele Kyari as NNPC Boss. A man that supervised NNPC unchecked, has the highest number of crude oil theft under his watch. He is still there making no head way with the most cherished product Nigeria has.

Take note: I didn’t support Tinubu’s presidency, but if by now him and his handlers are not aware that there is serious sabotage against his government, then he is more naïve than I thought.

Politics / Few Questions About How Tinubu Is Implementing The Orosanya Report by Built2last: 3:43pm On Feb 28
Earlier yesterday, Femi Falana stated that Orosanya's report is outdated.

I have carefully thought about this Tinubu’s purported implementation of Orosanya’ s Report.

Here's my thoughts

They are not scrapping the agencies. They are merging some of them that have similar functions to operate under one directorate instead of operating in silos - which is good.

However, this administration already created new agencies and has the highest number of ministers since 1999.

Hence, this merger looks more for the optics than a sign of seriousness.

The announcement is simply closing buildings and moving people over to another building. That's what it looks like. Their budget won’t necessarily reduce because same people are now under one agency doing same thing.

A few questions comes to mind with the supposed mergers

Who is to monitor the mergers and implementation to ensure its full implementation?

What is the timeline when they must have completed the movement?

How much will government save if this is fully implemented?

Will the ministries and agencies leave out their budget for 2024 already or return funds if already allocated?

We really have a problem with planning. It looks to me like because in the last few weeks people have been asking for implementation of Orosanya report or Jonathan's 2014 CONFAB report. Boom, someone picked up Orosanya report, told Tinubu its being asked for in the media and they announced it without details of its benefits.

We will wake up 2025 and discover that certain ministries have not moved because no one knows when and how it will happen.

After scrapping everything, if they don't stop their reckless spending, nothing will change. It is just the way subsidy removal has proven to be useless because the gains from it have been spent on frivolities like sponsoring pilgrimage.

We need details of the value saved from these mergers in terms of time and money as the intention of that report suggested.

Efficiency and Productivity metrics to be precise.

But alas na from basket A to basket B movement. Work done = 0

If you just say agencies are merged without providing details of the implication in cost savings and productivity enhancement to the government.

You create gaps for people to speculate about the benefits of such actions.

Moreso, citizens are unable to hold you accountable, if such benefit(s) is not visible or impactful.

The government needs to provide complete (end to end) information, the first time. Not waiting for people to push back before supplying additonal information that will look like an after thought.

There are a lot of halves and quarters which stimulates doubts.

Tell us....these are the agencies we are merging, overhead is expected be reduced by X amount, productivity or deliverables to improve by 'X' 'Y' and 'Z'

Then people can monitor and subsequently verify if truly the mergers produced results as expected or raise observations if otherwise.

Don't worry, Emefiele has been arrested for causing the inflation you so complained bitterly about.

But arresting more criminals who benefited and enabled Emefiele, will always be a welcome idea.

I am not impressed with the arrest. I don't suffer from historical amnesia

Emefiele is not the first and won't be the last

Emefiele will perhaps do 3 years and thats it.

From 1999 till date, we have been arresting big fishes so to speak. Many are in their houses today. Many abroad enjoying their money

Nothing will come out of Emefiele. If we recover some money from him, it will be re-looted.

Where is the money recovered from Ikoyigate 45 million dollars, What of former NNPC Boss 95 million dollars. The list is endless.

Bros. Emefiele has money to pay lawyers. That case will stay in court for a while and it will end in him doing 3 years and nothing will be recovered

What's amazing is that this project was marked to take 250 million dollars, inflation took it to 800 million dollars.

If we arrest Abubakar Mallami and all the Buhari cabal. we will get 10 billion dollars and replicate this in many states. and let that be the starting point
