Apple, the world’s leading smartphone maker, on Friday, launched iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max in Nigeria at the Villa Medici, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Popularly referred to as ‘The Big Screens’, the iPhone Xs and Xs Max are Apple’s most recent products right after the iPhone X and iPhone 8 plus. It is a worthy upgrade to the iPhone X with a handful of remarkable improvements.

Sivadoss Vijayakumar, Regional Head, West Africa Operations, Redington, spoke on the need for continued innovation and unique additions in creating devices that cater to the demands of users through applicative and emotive value.
“It has been a commendable journey for Apple in Nigeria and last year, iPhone X was a game changer for us all. Year by year, Redington is going strong and is continually committed to making this relationship stronger with your continuous support and trust,” he said.

This year marks the largest displays ever included on iPhones, with the iPhone Xs and Xs Max each featuring 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch Super Retina displays with custom-built OLED panels that provide the industry’s best colour accuracy, true blacks, and remarkable brightness. The devices also offer True Tone technology, which uses an ambient light sensor to adjust the white balance of the display to match the ambient lighting in any room.

The rapper, who arrived wearing a Make America Great Again, MAGA, hat, had a lot to say to Trump and the president seemed amused at the end.

Kanye West told Donald Trump he feels like Superman when he puts on his MAGA hat. He said this while talking about how Trump’s MAGA slogan and hat spoke to him in comparison to Hillary Clinton’s I'm With Her campaign slogan. While he said he had love for Hillary, he said the hat made him feel like Trump created a Superman cape for him. He also said the hat makes him look up to Trump and other “American industry guys” like him who go out and get it done.

The father-of-three also talked about his hometown of Chicago, being a father and mental health issues.

Former Bolton, Aston Villa, and England Under 21s defender, Jlloyd Samuel, has died in a car crash at the age of 37.

The ex-Trinidad and Tobago international was involved in a fatal collision on his way home in Cheshire on Tuesday morning, just after he had dropped his children off at school.

It was reported that the collision was between two vehicles, a van and Samuel's Range Rover which occurred on West Lane in the village of High Legh shortly before 8am, with Cheshire Police closing the road and asking drivers to avoid the area.

The news was confirmed by the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association on their official Facebook page.

"We've received some terrible news that former national defender and ex-Aston Villa and Bolton Wanderers player Jlloyd Samuel died in a car crash this morning in England," they wrote.
"According to reports, Jlloyd was returning home after dropping his kids off to school and collided with an oncoming vehicle. His vehicle caught fire and his body was discovered burnt.
"The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association and his former national team-mates at this time extends deepest condolences to his family members both in the UK and here in Trinidad and Tobago."

Samuel is survived by his wife Emma and three children - Javarne, Lakyle and Amara.

He also represented England at youth level, playing for the Under-18, Under-20 and Under-21 teams, but pledged his international allegiance to Trinidad.
His former football clubs have all taken to social media to pay tribute following the sad news
