A country that has such number of young people (whose mates and age grade across the globe are busy seeking to invent one thing or the other or advance science and technology for better ment of human) learning how to be fraudsters is in a deep mess.

Not in this case dear. Nigerian soldiers are becoming too undisciplined. They even get drunk in public still wearing their uniforms. Now, they go on social media anyhow with just any kind of content. The other day, we saw some of them disgracing a colleague without due process, and filming the scene.

Let's stop encouraging misbehaviours in this country because it's why we're suffering so much. In most upper scale countries, you hardly see soldiers on the streets. A certain level of discipline is needed to keep them focused on their highly important job.
Pls these guys also need to relief stress.
Politics / Re: Edo Governorship Election Was Widely Peaceful, Says US by eldoradoxx: 5:58am On Sep 25
By election being peaceful is understandably because during voting everything usually goes well. It is at the night of the election during collation at various Local Government Headquarters that things often happen and figures are manufactured and used to replace what happened at the polls

So to cut a long story short, and I appreciate the time you have taken to explain the above, Peter Obi doesn't have enough influence in Anambra to help LP become a formidable force over there.

That is interesting to know.
Politics of some places is not about influence, it is about an ideology. Nobody can be Governor of Anambra except through APGA. It is their ideology in Anambra State. Meanwhile, i have got no dog in the fight, am not from Anambra nor an LP member.

I am genuinely surprised that even LP will not be able to unseat Anambra based on your projection.

This might be a true test of Peter Obi's political relevance and influence.

Peter Obi is the first APGA Gov of Anambra. APGA is an entrenched socio-cultural/ political organization. It is like an Afenifere Party of Nigeria loosing Governorship election in the heart of Yoruba land. That is why Obi waited patiently to finish his tenure in APGA before he resigned and went to PDP because he knew that in Anambra Governorship , APGA is the only party, but for national politics, you need to leave home front and go for national Party. Anambra votes APGA for Governorship and any other party for national election. That is why Obi may not install any Governor through another party but will win 95% of votes from Anambra if he goes for any national election on another party. Anambra does this to protect their Governors from control of some politicians in Abuja like they did to Ngige etc.

You can rig other state Governorship elections peacefully, Anambra is not possible for APC, not now, not in the future. Anambra people don't want any party not APGA to be in control, not even Peter Obi can switch Anambra to LP, let alone APC.

I thought that our people in South West were smarter than our people in the North who had the opportunity to give Nigeria a President and brought Buhari of all people. Now the SW followed in this established political foolishness when they looked away from more competent hands and donated the disaster called Tinubu to Nigeria. When Igbos support Obi, I understand better, they dont invest in the business of foolishness.
Politics / Re: Amid Poverty, Ebonyi Spends Over ₦‎53 Billion On Airport Project, Runway Repairs by eldoradoxx: 6:53am On Sep 19
Imagine how many factories that the amount can build in that state employing thousands of people and impacting the state economy. One of the worst things to happen to Nigeria generally is that they have leaders who are so foollish and can't reason properly because they are involved in all manner of dark and dirty practices. Enugu airport to Abakaliki airport is less than one hour. Abakaliki airport is rarely used, yet it got over 50 Billion for a poor and agrarian state like Ebonyi.

This is Cool, Allowing only Dangote to supply petroleum products will amount to monopoly which is even more dangerous. Opening the market for others to import will bring about the needed competition and price war that will benefit the masses.
They told you that importation of petrol causes a major pressure on our forex and that there is need for it stop so that the Naira can regain some strength. Now we have local refining capacity but suddenly, there is need for further importation. Something chronic is wrong with Nigeria and Nigerians

Politics / Re: Edo Election: I Won’t Support PDP, Obaseki An Ingrate – Wike by eldoradoxx: 7:50pm On Sep 14
Exousiang01:
Wike the Don Che-Che

Logically speaking Wike has every right not to support Obaseki.
We can all remember how Wike fought Oshiomole for the emmergence of Obaseki.
Obaseki paid about N3bn to be given the PDP structure in Edo state same way Ortom paid N2bn for the same thing in Benue.
After that transaction and election Obaseki turned his back.
He betrayed Oshiomole and also betrayed Wike.
During the last election Wike had to apologize to Oshiomole.
Obaseki is known for disloyalty and Asue should actually be careful with him…

We all remember that Obaseki fought Oshiomole with the idea of ending Godfatherism. His fight and struggle to install a governor is what exactly.
He took out Philip to make way for Asue who we all know will have to remain loyal to him….
He is a hypocrite and a very dishonest and dislloyal person
This election will end his already dead political career
Obaseki argued that he had paid for the ticket and won't be compensating anybody including the PDP leaders he paid off with appointment of their children and cronies into his government. That is what led to the issue. People who sold their party structure in Edo State to Obaseki to realize his 2nd term ambition after eating the money also came for appointments which he rejected

Politics / Re: I Won’t Support Fubara In My Political Life Again - Wike by eldoradoxx: 7:36am On Sep 14
One thing i have discovered about this life that many people help others not because they really want to help, for them it is an investment, what to use as a livereage over the person they helped in the future, constantly reminding you how they helped you and now you must submit to their interests and opinions no matter how bad. When helping a person becomes a tool of control, then it is no longer help. Wike keeps talking as if he wasn't helped single-handedly by Patience Jonathan to become Governor in 2015. Could he have defeated the incumbent Governor's machinery without the federal might that was used to rig Wike into power in 2015, we know how it happened. Today Fubara cant rest because you helped him.

If you are a single girl or have a single girl as a sister, daughter, niece, friend etc, pls advise her to be extremely careful with young boys of these generation, alot of them have very gentle mien but beneath it lies a desperately wicked soul that can do all manner of abominable things for the sake money. A lot of girls have been used for ritual while they are alive and do not even know yet that they are empty and dyinh gradually because of the fresh looking guy they dated. If they didn't catch this one, he would be balling hard, murdering other girls while girls will be trooping to him to be their lover.

Fubara can't leave PDP
He should postpone the LG elections
The earlier he lives PDP and build a new platform for himself and loyalists, the better. I was in PH a month ago, Wike is not popular as the media present him. He is out of power and not in control of the resources of the state which is what party loyalists and supporters are after. Everything that made Wike who he is today is also available to Fubara, all he needs to do is use them very well. I can't be an incumbent and bow to anyone impossible, if it means my using part of my monthly allocation to service my base, its not a crime

Politics / Re: ₦100bn Deal: Gov Mbah Flags-Off Revitalisation Of Enugu United Palm Products Ltd by eldoradoxx: 6:29am On Sep 13
Enugu is a place i know very well having lived there in the past. All i can say is that this present Governor is the best thing to happen to that state, some of the people may not know. He is the most performing Governor s0 far since May 29, 2023 they were sworn in. I doubt if LP Edoga could have ever achieved close to Mbah's performance in 15 months. No doubt Gov. Mbah business acumen as CEO of Pinnacle Oil has been brought to bear in reconstruction of Enugu. Enugu has become a large construction site in Nigeria with numerous great projects going on at the same time. He is also trying to invest heavily in setting up an electricity generation and distribution system in Enugu using the over abundant gas reserve that Enugu sits on. Give this man 4 years people will want to relocate to Enugu to live and do business.

If you're big you're big

One of the golden rules of power across the globe is "Don't outshine your Master"

It's a principle of all time.
Dont outshine your master is only when he is in control and power. Fubara is in power and control, Wike is bribing PDP NWC led by Damagun which is loyal to Tinubu. The solution is for Fubara to decamp to another party and leave PDP without any hold in Rivers State.

Abure should drag them to court and at the court, He will win the case

Thing is, Pity Giiriiinngoory will be the biggest loser here, cause if Abure wins in all of this, Otti would decamp to save face and that one guy from a village not too far from Aguleri will lose the Presidential Auto-ticket in 2027

Obi is always choosing the wrong battle to fight
A country where citizens actively encourage all sorts of criminality deserves the kind of leaders they get. Nigeria deserves Tinubu and the suffering many of your folks are going through, i must say. How do you support a man whose tenure expired and he does not want to go, rather he is fighting the legitimate party organs that asked him to step down for a National Convention where new leadership will emerge and he is even free to contest for another term in office as Chairman. Is something wrong with Nigerians? Even INEC with its level of corruption and bias has refused to accept Julius Abure as LP Chairman since his tenure expired, yet you are here glorifying him for attempting to force crisis in LP. Which of the elected LP officials in States and National Assembly are with Julius Abure? None,. Not even one. Julius is too little to disturb LP

This is bullock

The messaged is passed already and it means that when next Ajaero gets an invitation from the security personnel, either formally or formally, he should report asap

Who declines SSS invitation, only to go attend one useless conference in Pluto

When it comes to Joe Ajero, all of you will begin to vomit all sorts of nonsense, where is Yahaya Bello, summoned by EFCC, no show, summoned by Federal High Court of Nigeria, no show. It is only when someone you hate because he hates the Government that oppresses and impoverishes the masses that you guys find courage to speak. Donald Trump went to the Court and was charged in court. He surrendered himself to the Prison and for him to process his bail which includes taking his mugshots. That is a country that works. In your shitholee country, a local government chairman can oppress everyone in his local government and nothing will happen. Uselesss people.

Politics / Re: Peter Obi Used His Campaign Team To Defraud LP - Arabambi by eldoradoxx: 8:13am On Sep 12
Even INEC itself as of today no longer recognize Julius Abure as LP Chairman, his tenure and those issuing statements with him has ended. The last meeting INEC held in Abuja, Julius Abure was asked to leave the meeting because he is no longer a lawful chairman of Labour Party. So Julius Abure and other disgruntled elements are now effectively working for APC using the name Labour Party. Same people who are no longer recognized by the umpire Electoral body.

PDP did not lie or mislead Nigerians 1% as APC has done and it is really shameful. ACN, CPC (now called APC) opposed any suggestion to sell the refineries. Infact Atiku lost 2019 election to Buhari when he mentioned he would sell the refineries for not being productive. Today, Bayo is saying that Labour stopped the sale as if his principal was not in support of the position of Labour that the refineries should not be sold. Has Dangote who built a private refinery been able to sell fuel? Why? The same thing that labour feared, too much government interference

Health / Re: Pregnant Banker Gives Birth In Prison In Osun, Sparks Outrage by eldoradoxx: 10:09am On Sep 08
Giving birth in detention or prison honestly is not a technical reason be released immediately. If it was so, then all that needs to be done is for female inmates in prison to get their friends smuggle the male fertilizer to them into the prison and 9 months later, she is free from murder charge or anything she is in detention for. Normally, the mother and child will be separated as the baby is not allowed to be in detention with the mum.
