the way you throw statistics around is alarming. First you regarded a single anecdotal incident as 1%, now 99% are nice? Haba... grin grin cool

baba, lol. Basing things on my own experience. I don't want to make 'anyhow' judgement, though with more annoying dramas recently, I'll now say 95%

Since you said you guys made eye contact. It could have gone a little well like this

"don't look at me blacky"
"don't look at me whitey"

what is wrong in calling a black person black? Blacks are too weak and fragile mentally and I believe that it's inferiority complex that makes blacks cry when whites call them black, if an albino, who is also white naturally calls you black will you cry?

Relax sir, I believe my tone of writing had no form of fragility, I'm just telling a story.

Thats a heavy generalization but I agree with some points you made.

Oga Racism, racism, ethnicity and tribalism will always be with us.

We experience worse things in Nigeria here. Even in the same state, you find people from a particular constituency discriminating against others.

We humans tend to look down on people we feel we are better than!

Fact.

I don't think the statement was racist. I sometimes feel bad for white people though, it's almost as if black people just observe every word coming out of their mouths and if one sounds off, bam, they tag the person racist.
We say the worst things and get away with it.

You have a point, it's a reason I didn't think about it much then, she might have being high on something too, weed is legal. It was a Canadians that told me her comment was intended to be an insult. My post was supposed to be entertaining though, 99% of people here are nice.

Sponsor gave you budget or fund?

Anyway, 1.5m is small.

1- I have no idea but I know if it is possible, it will be very challenging, considering that 1.5 can't pay fees for just one term, not to talk of your upkeep.

2- bank Form A option i guess. Try it at your bank head office, Or ask a banker to assist you and let's know what happen afterwards.

3 - Don't even think of agents. Too many fake ones and am sure you don't have the original ones' money.

Ok. I decided to check the popular NBCC, to know if your 1.5m can go far and in your choice program.
My quick findings are below:

NBCC offers PG international Business administration with current fees of about 8k cad, but a planned about 1k cad yearly increase till 2019- subject to approval by minister of blah blah blah.

I think you should check out the school. Your 1.5m will go far there. Don't know about the competition you will face sha.

But wait! What is your UG course and CGPA of your last two years of study?
boss, seems u know alot abt admissions .. nid your help. sent u a pm

We're hitching for PoE experience... and how was the flight?
Regards
Travelled with turkish airline, food was weird maybe I was expected eba, lol. Normal check along connecting flights. Nothing odd.
At poe, things was way easier than I expected, I was asked to show admission letter, visa approval mail and proof of payment. They just glanced through them and stamped my passport, another guy from Nigeria only had his admission letter with him, he wasnt queried.
Canada is a nice place, the cold is another thing entirely.

I promised I'd post my travel experience, I will try to be brief.

On the 1st of September, I took my flight to Canada (KLM, with a stopover at Amsterdam). I and my dad had to travel to Lagos a day prior to departure, we stayed in a hotel the night before and made the short drive to the airport the next afternoon.

When we got to the airport, it was filled up as expected - bags and people everywhere. I quietly made my way to the section I was supposed to be at, weighed my bags and had them searched (the officers who searched my bag tried to confiscate my beans, ogbono and egusi so I gave them N200 to avoid the stress and delay), tagged and checked in.

My flight time drew near and I said my goodbyes and...I honestly cant remember too much of what happened afterwards but I know I had to fill some forms and stand in line before I got on the plane.

On the plane, a woman took my seat and tried to make it seem like I was disrespectful for asking for it back but I was too stressed to give bleeps so I insisted she moved away, which she eventually did. The flight took off and trust me when I tell you, KLM has impeccable service and the food is great. I'll recommend KLM to anyone coming here.

We had our stopover at Amsterdam and that was the only time I didn't enjoy my trip because I had to wait 7hours to get on my next flight, after waiting for 5hours I decided to explore, so I just wandered about the airport and spoke to people, everyone I spoke to was friendly, an old couple who didn't speak too much English even gave me their address and told me to hit them up whenever I was Amsterdam again. Tip: try to talk to as many people as you can when you get here. Sometimes, you don't even have to talk much..just ask about their day and listen.

Boarded the flight to Toronto and was lucky enough to sit beside a very friendly girl from Ghana, studying at the university of Ottawa. It was crazy because, She had some issues with her luggage (I don't know if she's on nairaland but if she is: hey, it's the tall, skinny guy with the fro, glasses and red flannel shirt. I know I asked for your name so I could add you up on Facebook because I didn't have a phone but I forgot it when I got to PEI. Send me a PM). grin

Got to PEI and the rest is history...Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, everyone.

PS: At the POE, I was asked to show my SOA, passport and letter of admission.
bro, how did you package your luggage, its difficult carrying less than 23kg. I wil b moving tomorow, urgent response abeg.

yes it is compulsory u add ur police clearance, it among d CIC documents needed on dere list but since u ve limited time and u don't 've d police clearance jst go on wit d rest of ur documents since u ve started, and u can run d police clearance next week and upload, since u are using online route.
you cant upload new documents once submitted unless its later requested by the VO.
Police report isnt required for online route. go ahead with your application.
