Let MTN send them to.jail. The boys will be in prison and be hacking their system. And will even teach others how to do it in prison. MTN will hold nobody as most attacks will be coming from prisons.

I know I will see foolish comments like this. Why do you fools celebrate fraud? Someone commits a crime and the next thing is calliing for their employment. Hiring someone with a history of theft might send the wrong message to other employees and stakeholders about your values and the importance of integrity within your organization. There is a potential risk that the individual might repeat the behavior, leading to further losses or complications.
