Yes, I have phone numbers, the main man in charge of Lagos, Mr. Afolabi is no more picking my calls. What he said since July is that he is working on it

I submitted all necessary documents and I did the last verification in February this year.

This type of payment should be done according to banks. Check their site, they have the number of scholars based on Ph.D, Masters, Undergraduate, HND, NCE from 2015 to 2018. If they have this stats, I don't think everyone should be paid beyond a week. Unless they don't have enough money to pay all. As for masters scholars, they are 186 or 196 from 2015 to 2018, that is N70 million plus for the two payments, this amount is not enough for a senator in a month. It is either they lack competency or someone is using the money for business or they have inadequate money to pay all.

I don't know what they are doing with the money. I think they fixed the money to gain interest. I have not been paid even once.
