Yes, go on Hot Nigerian Jobs and apply directly to potential employers or HR companies. I have seen jobs that pay 1 million per month on that site. Bros, 100 - 150k no be salary for this economy again.

However, make sure you have an attractive CV, detailing your relevant work experience, skills and accomplishments.

While writing your achievement/experience (in CV and cover letter), focus on numbers. Numbers trigger everyone, including you. For instance, if you are reading a job description, you are always eager to see the salary (numbers!). 😃😃😃

That's the same way your prospective employer will be compelled to contact you when you state that you grew the revenue of your former company from 500k to 5 million!

You are not qualified for every job. Tailor your CV in a way that it satisfies your area of speciality. Your CV and cover letter speak for you in your absence, so it has to be worth it. Get a professional to craft your CV and cover letter for you.

If you have no skills, go and get one and probably volunteer with a company to gain experience. These things help!

Google possible interview questions and know their answers. The moment you do this, the sky is your starting point.

Good luck

What kind of skills will you recommend a fresh graduate just getting to the labor market to get? .

Horseshit! Can anyone be any more bigoted than your lot!?

Just how TF do you go about convincing anyone that a Igbo-hating bigot cares more for what Abia workers are earning than he cares for workers in his own useless state!? Bigots like you who swear no Igbo will be president; who cheer on Tinubu thugs in Lagos going out to target Igbo voters for attack on election day; who ‘justifies’ Buhari and Tinubu gov’ts cheating Ndigbo of appointments, federal projects and funds with the ‘excuse’ that we didn’t vote for the useless duo or that we want Biafra!? With all this evil in your heart towards Ndigbo, you now expect us to believe you’ve all of a sudden developed a new found ‘love’ and ‘concern’ for us to the extent of agonising over what Abia workers are earning!? Dude, get lost!

Governor Otti has debunked that useless allegation of 1 billion naira spent in three months on feeding! Show us where you got that ‘news’ from so we can interrogate the source! Can you equally furnish us with details of what your own governor spends on feeding? Or you don’t know because you’re spending your entire time researching the one for Abia!?

Fact of the matter is you have no locus in the issue! You’re not a member of LP; you’re not from Abia; and you’re not Igbo! Being a rabid Igbo-hater and busybody doesn’t qualify as having locus!

You talk too much. You didn’t even say anything about the minimum wage he made mentioned of .

You are very right in the area of protection but bros, we have a very serious situation on our hand. Our younger ones are not just ready to work any longer. They just want to cash out even as young as 18.

It’s a lot of problem we are going through as a nation.

There’s no reward for hard work in our society anymore.
Politics / Re: Buhari Foresaw What Would Happen To The Naira And The Economy If He Devalued by medolab90(m): 7:30pm On Jan 30
Teenaira:

I think we are rather just mixing up everything. Now the true position is that the value of your currency is effectively a measure of your country's productive capacity. What we have before now is a fake exchange rate where government continues to defend or support the currency. Devaluing your currency have its merit and demerit. When you devalue your currency, you will have inflation. However, inflation should ordinarily encourage increased local production. This is the real area where we are having problems. If the price of yams go up as a result of increased demand normally people should go into yam cultivation to cash out on the demand and high price. But let tell ourselves the truth, nobody wants to farm. Go to Europe that doesn't have land and see what is called agriculture. That is why food is cheap in the developed countries. Our people will go to Europe and they will be employed in farms but they can't farm while in Nigeria. I am not convinced that Nigeria should not be able to feed ourselves. We continue to import all manners of nonsense and we don't export anything and expect our currency to be strong. It is not a matter of PMB or GEJ or Tinubu. If we can produce even what we eat alone, Naira will appreciate.

“nobody wants to farm” . You are wrong pls

Not everyone one farms but the little who do have we been able to protect them ? And no one is willing to go to farm if they can’t be protected.

These are also reasons why food prices are high.

This thing is difference of ideology, which is normal in politics all around the world.

Buhari is a conservative. He prefer slow growth in the form of defend the naira, while slowly encouraging local production and ending importation. The naira was stable but didn't we see the negative effects of this on importation?

Tinubu is a progressive. He prefers radical change for long-term benefits. He did not limit importation but allows naira to compete freely on international market. Local producers will gain but consumers of international products will continue to suffer. Unfortunately, most of us consume so much international products.

Any which way, it is a long ride and I hate to criticize anybody because I honestly don't have the answers to Nigeria problems. Most of yall don't. Una only sabi to complain. One thing I know is this: any smart person who earn some dollar, farm majority of his food, and reduce buying international products will live like a king right now.

I don’t understand the reduce buying international product aspect , how many items do we even produce locally??

Moreover Nigerians don’t care whether a product is produced locally or internationally , they only care which is cheaper.

I'm tired of bad news, anybody that keeps playing on tribal card needs to look at his or her environment, people are not happy, there is bitterness, thinking, debts, depression among the people.

Even doing 30k job now can't give you good three square meals for a month.

To chop for restaurant na 700+ even 3k no fit cook better food.

I was at the filling station to buy my normal 2k fuel angry ( 3 litres) fuel, one woman drive in to full her Toyota muscle 40k fuel, you need to see how everyone with kigs for hand turn when she say " pls put 40k own" still the tank no full. That's someone one month salary they put for tank.

May God help all those people with plenty family to feed.

Hmm a lot is really going on in the country but the Youths are only concerned about tribal supremacy and not holding their leaders accountable to make the lives of the people better. It’s a really sad situation that doesn’t seems to end any time soon

Lol, see what this man's been reduced to. From Lagos governorship aspirant to online critic and X app troll.
Lol. Life sha. Rollercoaster. You can be relevant once and some silly uncalculated behaviours, you're down out there, like many people who choose online to mask the sorry life they find themselves tangled in.

It hurts me a lot. Especially for the fact I spend a lot of time around facilities and environs where people are in constant need for health rescue. I really hope succour comes. I really really do. It hurts me a lot that most people are just a disease away from death, whereas a treatable disease though.

However, I'm 100% aware it's tough the world over in terms of inflation. Lamentation is widespread. Essentially, I'm aware of the position GVR is coming from. An insincere fellow who wants to take a share of the advantage to nab or attack. He and his gaffer are obviously no different from the people they criticize.

Speaking the truth is not hard at all. Anyone can do it. Boko Haram leader has some of his truth moments. Herdsmen defends their ignoble actions with their truths. Hamas and Israel leaders. Putin and Zelenski and Biden. Hitler and so on.

Acting the truth gangan is the hurdle. Everyone runs from it. No let GV deceive you. Nothing to offer.

Few days ago they sealed two Yoruba business to make it look like there is no tribal coloration to it- compared to thousands of igbo shops sealed…the trick would only deceive a 5 year old child…Same clowns and hypocrites that went and started demolishing igbo shops because igbos refused to vote APC. Nobody had ever destroyed Yoruba properties in any part of Nigeria for voting from the 1960s Action group, AD, ACN and now APC or bothered mc olumo, bayo onanuga, fani kayode etc for threatening igbos not to vote in an election. The reason Sanwo olu gave was structural problems of the buildings but Dr Vwaere Diaso died at the Lagos general hospital from structural problems of the hospital resulting in collapse of the elevator . This is a hospital they couldn’t upgrade from the standard IBB left it as head of state when Lagos was capital and tinubu and his minnows have looted Lagos for more than 20 years without upgrading something as basic as a general hospital but would use the same excuse to demolish igbo market because they didn’t vote APC..same igbos had their son Humphrey Nwosu shun tribalism to defy IBB to announce June 12 results to show States Abiola won, without Nwosu Abiola’s win would have been mere rumors told in beer parlors in Nigeria. Fast foward to 1997 Abacha had lined up all top Yoruba generals and top people in government for execution by firing squad because they planned a coup against him.Generals oladipo diya, Abdulkarim Adisa, tajudeen olarewaju, Prof Femi Adekunle etc we’re lined up for execution and another igbo man a clergy cardinal Arinze shunned tribalism and ran to the pope and reported Abacha to pope that Abacha wanted to kill those men for a phantom coup. Pope came to Nigeria for first time since 1981 to plead with Abacha not to kill those men. Abacha postponed the killings. Pope later sent his good friend former PLO leader yasser arafat in June of same 1998. Arafat was the last man Abacha saw before he died mysteriously early hours of next day by maybe divine providence of some sort . If you look across Nigeria you will find igbos are the only people that go all over Nigeria and build houses and raise families- in practice nobody since creation of Nigeria has made more effort at integration in the mere geographical expression (according to Awolowo) than igbos but a section of Yorubas like Sanwo olu and co have been making consistent efforts through their acts to gaslight disintegration but when e go set it will blow up on his head and that of other innocent people

I agree with you he should have done something about the economy. I think he further sank the economy from the deep hole Buhari sunk the Nigerian economy.

Most of these attacks on Tinubu were inherited from Buhari, on how he mismanaged the economy, and how Tinubu is further sinking the economy. People are attacking Tinubu now because of how APC destroyed the economy through buhari, and how BAT supported him.

I wish the Supreme Court judgement can be soon so that everyone can move on. Unfortunately this certificate issue is distracting Tinubu, and this may continue to distract him even after the judgement.

In my opinion he should have handled it better when the case got to the US court. But his supporters were all over the internet making excess noise.

Distract who? How did you come to that conclusion.

A good start but don't call on Governors alone.

CALL ON ALL STAKEHOLDERS (FG, Governors and Igbo's).

Members of the ESN belong to a family tree and Igbo's respect their family tree. Igbo's also respect their mothers more than their chiefs or kings.

Engage Igbo mothers and most importantly, address the issues of marginalization before and after the civil war.

The FG needs to apologize to Igbo's openly and publicly.

Nigeria needs National reconciliation and Healing from the ghosts of the civil war.

Nnamdi Kanu was once a Nigerian fighting for Nigeria's politics and internal security in London before drifting towards the Biafran IPOB movement. The facts and evidence are there.

Simon Ekpa was once an athlete who represented Nigeria and won trophies for this beautiful country.

Let's tell this truth for once. I have written many articles about the ghosts of the civil war and why every nation should avoid plunging into a civil war.
