You dont need bank statement for your interview. Unless you want to carry for carrying sake, then 6 months will suffice.
Well unless it's a student visa, or plan to give birth.

Firstly, I am a female.
I might not be 100% accurate that the list is merit based but my point is not far from the truth because we have seen some beneficiaries here that testified they got the scholarship without any connection. Even some got it after 3rd or 4th attempt. But your own conclusion was you linked all the names of the awardees to politicians.
Bros, thank PTDF that you made it to the interview stage because your profile above is not that superb. If you see so many fantastic profiles from your state, you will thank your star that you made it to the interview stage.

Bro, I don't know the software or yardstick you used to arrive at your conclusion (@ bolded) to check 403 names that was just released few hours ago and concluded that they are linked to Politicians just because of their names.
We have seen so many beneficiaries here that testified that PTDF scholarship is merit based. And someone here said stakeholders list is different from the merit list. So, we should not discredit the process because we didn't make the list this year, we keep trying and one day, we will get the scholarship, God's willing.

Only the embassy can determine. If you have a good reason, I do not think it will be an issue. You not using your VISA should ordinarily not affect you application for subsequent visa application

In my humble opinion, I suggest you submit your application ASAP. Some schools delay especially when deadlines are approaching. September intake is usually one of the busiest periods. Also put into account the timeframe to request for CAS, 28 days for POF etc. There are people who already have their admission. So I don't think it's too early.

I mean after getting admission, the time one can start a visa application. You know some countries will say you can only start your visa application 3 months to when your course starts. I don't know maybe it is 3 months to course start date that one can start UK student visa application too.

this is not true o... uk does not require 6 months validity. I hve applied for a 6 months visa with a 4 months valid passport. Visa was issued and it was to expire even after the expiration of the passpt.
