Complaints And Notice Thread. Be Serious!

Going offtopic is against the rules and might cause the deletion of some of your posts. There are times moderators make mistakes by closing a thread instead of another or by locking and linking a thread to another that has nothing to do with it.

Of course I'll be pleased if you come up to show me where I have made a mistake, but when it's done inside that particular thread it becomes a hot mess. Offtopics can't be tolerated, so I myself must be cautioned.

So if you have complaints about anything you don't find good or you think there are errors that need to be corrected, use this thread to get in touch with me, Otherwise send me an e-mail and I'll fix the problem as soon as I can.

As the titile suggests a new function has been added to this thread, so for any notice and to legitimate your thread, please post the link here and I'll guarantee for you.

Give me the links of threads where she has been nasty. I'll later send them to the moderators if they result to be so grave.

Why don't you check your posts? Perhaps your threads have been moved to a different section. We mods can't delete threads, we can only move to recycle bin, but only when they are spams!

When are you going to understand that moderators can't delete??? They can only move and lock topics. Besides wetin concern me with romance section? Perharps the topic wasn't so interesting, or it already existed, or it was simply moved to its appropriate section.

Anyway, why did you lock the thread I started? You need college credits to graduate college, I'm letting people know how to learn about their culture & themselves and get credit for it! What's wrong with that?? MOST people will be able to get it PAID FOR if they apply before the end of May (but May is winding down which is why my thread was so crucial). Time is of the essence. I would think that a thread about learning Igbo, the language of IGBO CULTURE would deserve to be in the highly trafficked Culture section rather than BURIED in the EDUCATION section.

It seems, at least on the issue of language, that this forum is biased against Nigerians abroad who'd like to learn their language. If I had written WHITE BABY SPEAKS IGBO then it would've been ok. If I had wrote NAIJA GIRL WRITES FRENCH MASTERPIECE that too would've been ok, but Nigerians in America learning Igbo? Nah, that gets locked.

Mod, I'm asking you kindly, do the right thing, unlock my thread & restore it to the CULTURE section. Many thanks.

Isn't the primary purpose of this thread to bring issues to your notice?
Did you not read segoye2's posts, in which he stated his grievances, before deleting them?
If the answer to both questions is in the affirmative, then why does he require a re-post in this specific thread, if only to bring to your notice his grievance which you are already aware of.? Such a move is redundant in my opinion and does nothing towards addressing the issues raised.

Yet, if only to fulfill all righteousness, I will humor your request on his behalf.

The old 'If You Can Speak Yoruba, Talk It In Here!' was created by segoye2. It was locked by you (as it exceeded 100 pages), and a new one was opened in its place. The issue is that the new thread does not credit the creator of the original thread, as he deserves as the originator of the said topic, nor does it provide a link to the old thread, to which it is a follow up.

Despite you are being nice by reporting segoye's issue, he must come come out himself. It's good that everybody stands for themselves at the right place. It's not your job to be his spokeman so if you are directly in touch with him, give him the link to this thread and let him address the issue himself.

It's either you make complaints or you don't write shits.
