I don't know if its possible to download pictures into a digital camera from a computer. Must i have to buy a card reader?

Connect your digital camera to your PC via the supplied USB cable. On Windows XP, you will be given the option of browsing the digital camera's flash memory as a disk. Try copying files from your computer to the folders in the camera. - Does the above procedure work for you? - Why do you need to transfer pictures into a digital camera in the first place?

you can put your SD card direct to your PC and transfer it, if you dont have that facility connect your digital camera to your PC go to my computer click on the camera file click on DCIM or so then you can drag the file or copy.

Yes is possible that some one can download directory from system to another through the use of infrared downloader by using the flared to trap the pics. bye from Wasiu
