Nice. We need to start telling our stories via movies.

The Igbos have hijacked NL from Seun with financing from Reno n FFK. She does. Not have any control over NL.

No film maker in the history of Nollywood can match the talent and expertise of Tunde Kelani and Tade Ogidan

So I made a short film, created a thread on it and begged the mods to take it to the frontpage but they won't. They would rather push the film of Tunde Kelani, an established film maker to front page. So what am I benefiting from being a Nairalander?

Check the thread I created for my short fim below:

I too love this guys music, inspirational, motivational and entertaining music he does full of history, culture, current affairs, praise, trending issues and lot more.
Ayinla Omowura may be dead but his music will live forever.

Ayinla to me is the best Apala and Yoruba musician ever no one has come close past or present,I prefer his music to the likes of legends like Obey,Ishola,Barrister, and others.
His music made sense and was very popular during his time and is still making sense and will continue to make sense.
There is also a biography book on his life written by one Dr Festus I would love to read but have been unable to get. Please anyone with the PDF should kindly send it to me on 08160040456.

For the movie I believe Tunde Kilani will not dissapoint this time and I hope Lateef Adedimeji will act Ayinla perfectly well.
I will still love to read his biography as the book will give more insights to his life than this movie

The tonal sign 9n Ayinla is wrong...Ayinla is " do do mi" not " mi do mi " as portrayed...àyìnlá...that is the correct writing...
It's called accent not tonal sign

You are right. I don't know who release this particular trailer but I saw another version where they got the tonal sign right. Maybe they've fixed it but the one with the error has already gone viral.

Let me tell you the truth... Those guys have been exceptional right from day 1. I had the opportunity of watching their movies right from the age of 7. At least, I can count up to 5 projects I have been able to watch and they still stand the test of time. Mind you, if you are to write a project topic when it comes to the field of Theatre Arts; these 2 guys comes up before anyone else. You can Google it.
N.B I am not a Theatre Arts student.
