post=102771949: My friend will you quit all these hapless deflections. This government was elected to fight corruption not to compare itself with the past from which Nigeria fled at the polls. It was not elected to identify how beautifully a fire is burning but to put the damn fire out. If the fire of corruption is still raging in government 6 years after then it has done little or nothing to achieve its mandate. And that is because folks like you ignorantly chase clout instead of directing government to the root of the problem which is systemic and requires a complete restructuring of the way government operates. The result will be clear come 2023. This government met corruption in 2015, lived through it and will end its tenure with stories like this still rife and billions of naira still being wasted. Mister. There has been no government since independence that did not indict its own officials and dock them for graft. In the 5th Republic, the OBJ regime, Yaradua and GEJ governments caught, sacked and prosecuted so this is no news. It does nothing to halt corruption. Tell us what this government is doing differently to end this scourge holistically and permanently. It was their mandate. 1 Like |

What is the essence of recovery if the recovered loots aren’t utilized for public good!? Unfortunately, many of us don’t care anymore of how much is being recovered, perhaps, a report of what those fund are used for after recover, would make suffice! Abacha loot. Ibori, Dieziene, etc. You all should do better than incurring more debts from foreign nations. |

Today myele kyari says Nigerians consume 90milion litres of fuel daily, 6yrs ago nigerians consumed 27-30litres of fuel daily. The difference is 60million litres, if u calculate it by subsidy paid on each litre of fuel consumed, u won't come here and defend anybody or accuse people of what u r stupidly doing. Buhari is the minister of petroleum..... Ur darling president is a THIEF. |

It's unfortunate you chose those two to draw a religious line, knowing fully well that in financial crimes and fraud, the perpetrators never consider religion, but are bound by their greed. Disappointed in your stance on this one, shame. |

Sapiosexuality: You really need to move around more. I know directors in federal ministry of works who are richer than some governors. Not all states are rich. Some states get barely N4billion as monthly allocation. After paying salaries, overhead cost and few capital payment, how much do you think is left for the governor to steal? |

post=102771949: Some people hide under the guise of Christianity to perpetrate evil and commit fraud. The Bible is totally against such unholy acts. Any self acclaimed Christian who is into financial graft is a criminal. The world may know them as Christians, but they're pure criminals in the sight of God almighty. I've challenged most Christian clerics and apologists to kindly show me a verse of the scripture that openly support bribbery, greed, avarice, inflation of contracts, economic sabotage and other dubious practices, but none could point to a single verse that support those evils. Some churches opens hate the message of righteousness, holiness, sanctification and restitution. Such churches are havens for corrupt people who hide under the guise of being Christians. Some argue that we are saved by grace and not of works, but Titus chapter 2 verse eleven (Titus 2 : 11) gives a brighter definition of the message of grace. So my brother, those Christian folks you mentioned in your comment are criminals, hypocrites who do not represent the message of Christ. I'm a Christian and my comment is neither judging nor crucifying them, but to expose and distance their crooked character from the fundamentals of the scripture. And any self acclaimed minister of priest who openly associate with them is heretic and only serves there belly. 2Tim. 2 : 19 Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” Isaiah 52 : 11 Depart! Depart! Go out from there, Touch no unclean thing; Go out from the midst of her, Be clean, You who bear the vessels of the LORD. Deut. 10 : 17 For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe. Deut. 27 : 25 Cursed is the one who takes a bribe to slay an innocent person. Titus 2 : 11 - 12 11. For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. 12. Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age 1 Like 1 Share |
