If their permit only allows you to travel to other Africa countries then it is very limited in comparison to Kenya's as Nigerian students who eventually get their Kenyan student visa (becoming increasingly difficult to get) qualifies them after meeting other requirements, to apply for visas to travel outside Africa when their universities are on break.

Pls do you have connect to any NIGERIAN student(s) living in Kenya?

If you have heard of the ongoing kigali innovation city project, that is the next big thing coming out of africa... Kigali have been in the news lately for several good reasons.
And for those saying kigali is expensive, well, it depends. I have a friend who has a startup in kigali and everything is going well for him.
And i think market prices are okay for groceries and foodstuffs in kigali, though their restaurants can be expensive....
Working remotely and earning in dollars is the best one can do to enjoy kigali

7 day max, sometimes it take long but if exceed then the immigration will call you on phone to request for the remaining document , you need a business name and you can check here @ this website

Tips: some tips people don’t know is that once you get their permit you can travel to Africa countries within. Very flexible and if you wish to get their passport marry their citizens and stay for 3 year in the country and get it

I read through the thread and I know the OP just got to Rwanda. He just met those guys too. So, its sure he knows little about those he calls his friends.

You won’t pay anything for visa on arrival and you won’t get any visa just you’d be stamped in. The only thing you’re paying is $60 for COVID 19 test at the airport.

Hey stop saying what u don't know. Have u bin to Rwanda before, or are u currently there? Every one knows that u pay 30 dollar for visa on arrival. i did and every other person i know who arrived Kigali international airport did. Unless they just replaced it with the 60 dollar covid 19 u alleged.
