Brush 3 times a day.Take honey or sour orange..mix the two

Follow this daily plan with him. If you do it together it won't be obvious. Just use woman konikoni!

1. Get a firm tooth brush, smoker's tooth brush will ruin your gums.
2. Use the red close up toothpaste on both your teeth & tongue.
3. Use salty water to rinse during the process.
4. If you have access to bicarbonate of soda add to the toothpaste (optional)
5. Floss at least twice a day, ideally after eating meals such as meat, mango....etc

Do not waste your money of mouthwash, the effect is minimal.

3% Hydrogen peroxide is okay but then your teeth will become sensitive. It actually whitens the teeth.

This in the medical field is called halitosis. I know two people who have the same problem. Something I know they do quite often is brush after each meal and I think it helps a lot. Using mouth wash regularly when you start noticing the smell is also good because it washes off any food particle in you mouth and keeps it fresh. She could also keep some sugar free mint or chewing gum with her all the time just in case she can't get hold of her toothbrush or mouthwash.

That doesn't help in any way. In fact, it will create more problem later on because it will develop to chronic one later.
