Please get kidney function test and remove as much salt as you can manage from his diet.

Also, try taking alot of ugu juice.

I'm not a pro,but I think he has kidney problem,if if was the leg swelling up now it's liver damage

Let them check for Kidney ailment but I think he switch permanently to vegan lifestyle and water for the next one year and see if his body auto recover.

We have done all kinds of test and treatment, nobody has been able to diagnose the nature of the sickness.
There is no pain whatsoever, just swellings especially after a nap.
Also he sleeps more than usual.
There was a period it went down for like 3 months.
But now we are back to it again.
He is having difficulty in breathing because of the throat swellings
I will be attaching some of the drugs he is using.
And will be available to answer questions.

This terrible illness could be spiritual. Perhaps, a spiritual attack or illness sent by someone.

This is anasarca (general body sweeping) and it is one of the symptoms of kidney disease

He can be allergic to something in his home that is causing the swelling.Maybe food,smells, mattress,etc

Do abdominal ultrasound.

With much emphasizes on the kidneys

Renal function test is advised too

This maybe edema. It is highly likely to do with his Kidney.

His kidney isn't expelling extra fluids. Those fluid have built up and is the cause of the swollen eyes, legs, arms etc.

This is not kidney problem.
I know of a guy having d same issues...
Wat triggers the guy own is stress..

I dont remember wat he used but i know he did some simple stuffs dat made the thing stop coming out...
Ur brother own is even small compared to the guy swelling..

I have someone same thing happened to
What the Doctor said then was that he had protein in his urine. Try visit any State Teaching Hospital... i wish him quick recovery.
