slim75d:indeed you are right, the CHRISTIANS Are not united enough, the MUSLIMS Are, they work in one accord, this is why your prediction is very REALISTIC. The christians should know that in REALITY they can go bumper to bumper with numerical strength of the muslims. #noGIMMICK |

abbey621: You are the one that should stop clowning. If a southern Muslim wants the presidency, he would have no choice than to pick a northern Christian as Vice. Or are you trying to tell us that no competent northern Christian is available for the position of Vice President? Let your love for Tinubu not make you become blind. This is NAIJA and religious affiliation is very much a thing in the politics of the day |

funshint: This is not 1992. Times have changed. A Muslim-Muslim ticket is actually what would overheat the polity. Be calming down. If Tinubu wants to contest, he can pick any Northern Christian as Vice. Or are you saying no competent northern Christian exists? |

GetMeRight: Simple English, you no fit understand. He said Christians in the North. Since democracy, which Christian from the North has ever been President or Vice? Make it make sense |

GetMeRight: No problem. The southern Muslim should be ready to pick a northern Christian. Let's see how that pans out |

alsudan: Since it isnt in constitution, Tinubu will sit on the throne with intending permutation without fear of contradicting the status quo. When things was in their favour they showed all kind of rascality and insensitivity with no conscience but now they learnt that the election isn't in their favour they forget their non-existing propaganda of secularism in Nigeria and surreptitiously begging for normalcy. |

Facts of the whole matter! CAN, an organization which was once headed by a well known to the public a renounce gun runner clearly understand that Christian-Christian ticket is never in deed possible in today Nigeria. If it were, then they will have being in the forerunner vanguards to make sure its realized. CAN is very much aware that a Muslim Muslim ticket can return a president with overwhelming results, and thus it has to take to alarmists position before its becomes too late. Thus, CAN is neither for a ''Christian -Christian ticket, nor is it for ''Muslim -Muslim ticket'' for ''today Nigeria'' 1 Like |
