Fulanis can graze as long as they don't trespass into another person's farm.

Once they trespass, the farmer will call Amotekun to arrest the herders and cows as there are existing laws backing both open grazing and Amotekun.

But had there been no such laws, Fulanis will trespass another person's farm and go scot-free or even harass the farmer.

So the law is good and working.

Great point! That governor is really mad. He is complaining of security challenges caused by influx of Fulani but still went ahead to claim that banning open grazing is unconstitutional. Doesn't that give more leverage to the fulanis to engage in trespass, rape, and possibly more killing, since the governor can't stop them.

And as a governor what's your action or next step to take....I think you people have been coexisting for long time

Fulani is an insignificant minority group in Kwara. I think what the governor is trying to say is that the barbaric nomadic Fulani are moving the the peace loving Omoluabi state of Kwara and that has increase the insecurity in the state.
