Camry 04 vs Lexus ES330 which is a better car as a first timer

Toyota Camry 04= Basic midsize sedan,fuel efficient and economic in maintanance

Lexus ES330= Luxurious midsize sedan,not too fuel effiecient and high maintanance cost.

The better ride is obviously Lexus.

For a first timer,i advice you go for the camry,but to enjoy more luxury,the best bet is the lexus.

You mostly just talk about things you don't know.

The ES330 and the Camry are pretty much the same car. As long as you're not getting into accidents or have to replace stuff like the Mark Levinson amp, running costs are identical.

Even with the Lexus RX being older,it was almost on par with the newer corolla(1k difference) now think about it being the same year.

Bro,the price will always be higher for a luxury car of the same year with a basic version.

The funny thing is that you are still not correct though, no offence. Lexus ES is samething as the Camry of that year from 1990 ES up to 2012 ES. ES just share more parts with a V6 camry exactly the same thing.
Engine, shocks, spring, transmission, shaft, bearing, compressor etc. So no special ES parts except for interior

How on earth did Lexus approved the design for that ES?

Imagine the horrible silulette?

The terribly long front and rear over hangs, the silly front end, ackward rear quarter view, with tiny 17" wheels?

The over sized headlamps and wheels situated at the centre of the car with wipers protruding out of the bonnet and visibly resting on the windshield?

It's a design nightmare biko!

lol....sometimes ,I try hard to like the shape but when I sleep and wake up I hate it more.the shape is so so funny sha.esp the headlamps.the interior is dope but the shape funny gaan.looks like fried plantain.camry 05 is finer.

Funny enough,i can still cope with the ES330 design.

I dislike the looks of RX330 more,i even prefer the RX300.

Matrix = pontiac = corolla.

Year for year those vehicles are 70% identical very minute differences. Though I did recommend matrix because it is not a robbers magnet like Corolla. Pontiac too is not a robber magnet but body parts are expensive.

Benz C240 is okay am guessing a W203 (03 _07) model years.

Depends on what you want but the benz parts aren't expensive, 03 to 05 interior is whack 06 and 07 were built well.

I have a used 2007 Toyota Camry v4 which I got for 2.5 this last month but I got an offer for 2010 Camry xle for 2.8 so I'm planning to sell these for 2.3 and get that one. The issue here is my main target is Honda 2016 but I guess I'll settle for Honda 2014 maybe next year. The design, the handling and performance which I've read so far on this thread seems interesting. What is your suggestion on how to move from the 2010 Camry to another car? Should I still maintain Toyota products even though there are issues of robbery or move to honda which I hear most times has a bad resale value compared to Toyota?

PS:the 2010 Camry xle is in good condition. The owner wants to move to lexus es350. I would have loved to do so later next year but Lexus is just too common. Especially that es350

Just bothered about the resale value. The muscle in no match for the Honda. Like I said, the target is Honda 2016 and I don't want the 2014 resale to be too low. I'm not comparing the muscle to the 2014. Please understand the point I'm trying to make
