The football league.. Lol

Iove African countries that have stable football leagues that we can brag about. I follow south African league, Egyptian league, Moroccon league and Tunisian league. These leagues are quite okay. At least Africa has something okay and not always negative occurances as they always portray. I would have loved these other countries for relocation too but they are Islamic and Arabic counties, can't deal.
SA has this European vibe and I like Soundowns football club and follow them both locally and on caf competitions.

Cool cool SA league is wholly black-owned, btw - perfect example of black excellence. I see someone's already here trying to give all SA credit to whites.

Lol, Patrice Motsepe and Pitso Mosimane did wonders for Sundowns - a decade ago the team was down and out, and only had a handful of supporters grin

FYI - they're a Pretoria team - did u know that? wink

Yes, they are Pretoria team along with Super Sport united angry
I follow SA league a lot. All these countries I mentioned, I follow their league to the core on daily bases.
Ex Soundowns coach is currently the coach of Ahly of Egypt. He just won the caf super cup played in Quarter. It was a beautiful game of football from African teams. Was proud.
Look, I love African countries that are trying their best to grow no matter how little. Not this Nigeria of mine that has absolutely nothing working.
No working local league, no working local basket ball league. No nothing

Yes, spot on with the Pretoria teams! Why the angry emoji though - u don't like Supersport or u annoyed I undermined your football knowledge? grin Personally, I'm not a football fan though but I follow the news. I'm just marvelled that a Pretoria team (and Supersport at some point) unseated the Soweto giants from their longstanding glory at the top of SA football.

As for Nigerian leadership, it's disappointing they're putting themselves before country.

In Nigeria they are being starved, and would start relocating as most humans are doing.

Why didn't you donate the data money you are using to hungry people?

Why not sell your phone and laptop, while you are at it and donate the funds.

It's always easy to chuck mouth into how other people should spend their money.

I have, hence the corresponding response.

Without making noise until you asked.

Our own zoo here in Nigeria you will only see lizards and fowl

See how beautiful a zoo is! God help this country

Majority of the animals that should be in our zoos have been eaten by many nairalanders

Everyday, there's an animal killing tread on fp & lala is one of their promoters grin

I must have made a mistake with the emoji. I wanted to use grin
Orlando pirate and kiezer chiefs lost their positions because they weren't investing heavily as soudowns. Soudowns also took caf competitions very seriously which helped them to be more ambitious and wanted to be like other top teams in Africa such as Ahly. That made them to invest more, structure more and pushed them more. They are currently unstoppable in the SA league.

Cool cool Ever been inside? I've only passed it when entering Pretoria from Joburg. I've been doing Joburg zoo only.

I'm in Vereeniging now after many years in Jozi.

Yea I have been in there. Took my son in about 4years ago. It's actually nice but the lions were lazy that day. They were up there and we couldn't see them much but it was a nice outing.

No , I don't have to sell my phone. All that is necessary is to give what I can afford.

Just imagine gifting animals presents when some people are committing suicide because of finance's and some even selling their babies.

I tire oh

Yep, definitely. SA teams never took CAF competitions seriously until Sundowns made inroads. I've got a soft spot for Chiefs though - but seems they suck on the continent grin

Lions are famously lazy, man - never bet on them grin Joburg zoo has a better vantage point coz the public view them from an upper deck right into their den, so u get a bird's eye view. I've seen them everytime I've been there.

All government departments the world over have their respective budgets, and if those were well spent people wouldn't have to mind when the zoo budget is properly spent on animal enrichment programmes. So let's not blame the Department of Environmental Affairs for doing its job - blame the Departments of Housing, or Social Development or others for squandering their resources. You'd be surprised how many ministries don't even spend their annual allocated funds to help their citizens.
