Philosopher1979:
If Sadiq Umar plays he will win a penalty for Nigeria and the ghsnisns will have a red card.
We should just tell him to keep dribbling.
We must exploit his creativity as a forward.
He can be a joker as the Ghsnisns don't rate him or have a plan for him. All they think is osimhen.
Sadiq style of play is different and will destroy the Ghsnisns defence.
Imagine if as early as the 5th minute the Ghsnisns get a red card and we win a penalty for their rough play towards Sadiq Umar. That will leave them confused
Imagine. All na imagination

What now happens if Ahmed is featured in the 90th minute and Nigeria is 2 goals up?

I told you days ago that Thesupernerd and Thelonecitizen dropped statistical comparison of Uzoho and Maduka in the GWG after that Cape Verde game in Parai... Go through their moniker and get it for yourself..

The only person here exhibiting dislike, prejudice and emotive bias here is you....
You don't understand him. He likes being contrarian not on the merit of the issues but just so that he can be an annoying gadfly.

He'd look at the forum and once he notices that the forum is not supporting a player because the player is not cutting it, it is that very player he will start supporting. He will support the player just so he can annoy forumites. Thats what he does

That is why Dennis is our best winger, closely followed by Lookman. They can dribble, but they don't dribble for dribbling sakes. The dribble when necessary to get into advanced positions, but they are so much more direct.
Did you see lookman and Dennis in that match?

Camp update oo. Possible line up. Who is impressing the most in camp. We didn't even see lookman and 2 by 2 initiation to GWG.
I've learnt to look beyond all that camp razzmatazz. It's just good for hype. Only thing that really counts is what the players do on the pitch on match day

For someone this short, speed and flair should be his selling points.
He is very fast and has a decent center of gravity...

Lol If I didn't know better I would say Seun hired Komekn to once in a while drop controversial takes to liven up the thread if it's going stale grin. For one the engagements that usually follow his posts are plentiful.

Yes. If it wasn't installed, then we wouldn't be playing there. FiFA would've rejected the stadium upon inspection

It wasn't even gossip. It was one of the so-called journalists that entered the stadium that tweeted it.
Why are random journalists allowed in the stadium FGS? Shouldn't our training sessions be behind closed doors? The journalists were so comfortable that they were even strolling on the pitch. I am 100% sure a Ghanaian spy would be reporting all our sessions & tactics to otto addo and GFA. A presidential candidate even came to the stadium to use footage with SE players for campaign. I am not impressed at all.

The reporter might have been talking nonsense or he or she made a guess on what they saw.

The Super Eagles normally have training sessions that are open to the public and those that are closed door. It was the same way when they were in uyo.

So tell me why do scouts go to watch a player even with all the stats on their palms?
Didn't you watch both Okoye and Uzoho in the GWG?
Are you saying you are more comfortable with Okoye in GWG?

komekn:

Everyone who so far says Uzoho is better has not said how and or supported it with statistics and rational measurement of attributes.

All I've heard here is emotive dislike, prejudice and bias.

You included.

Anything less than a 2-0 thrashing of Ghana would be considered a loss by me, and Eguavoen cannot lead us at the mundial..

He's a downgrade of what we once had.

Senior man and the Nigerian Shaqiri cheesy

This one go train, score 5,000 freekicks in training, dribble everybody then enter the pitch and play rubbish as usual.

It's gonna hurt me real bad if we don't make it to the world cup. We have the players. Yet we play like a principal cup team.

Hello house. Please, did Iwobi's red card at the afcon implied a 2-match ban or a match ban? I'm asking because i feel Iwobi should at least be available for thIs Nigeria vs Ghana tie. Or is he injured? Just wonder why he was never included. Stand to be corrected

No need to rush them, it's important to allow them to fully recuperate. Still a lot of matches in them to play.

well said they hold ball unnecessary. Chukueze is not in top form but coach will still use him
