Management cost and business running cost of bolt has also increased so I don't see them reducing their income revenue

They don’t really need that much staff to maintain their apps. That should cut their expenses.

Go and find work na. Go and start your own business. It is not by force to be am Uber or Bolt driver.

You are a counterfeit and a wasted animal from your family. So lecturers, doctors, teachers, police etc that go on strike, did they force them to take the offer? Judging from your comments, why did they go on strike If they didn't force them to apply for the job.

You think from your Anus not your brain, the only thing you have to contribute here is to insult people who are demanding for improve package, they way lecturer doctors etc demand for improved package.

If you are not the most foolish animal on earth, did you buy car for anyone to start bolt?
Because you sit in the comfort of your home with your miserable monthly salary and you think you are ok, you are worst than the bolt driver you called fool, because you are a slave, any month your salary is not paid you will look like rabbit tied to the tree.

Your comment is complete reflection of your home. A better person can not be raised from that home.

One thing I have seen on Nigerians business operators are greediness.

Every body, including that woman that sells Okra at the market wants to own a Duplex, forgetting we have Petty and mega business entreprise.

You don’t make sense at all. First this is a privately owned business. They have terms and conditions which you willingly agreed to and signed up. There’s inflation everywhere and even the company faces inflation too. Do you know what it takes to keep the app running? Now talk about riders, do you think the riders don’t face same inflation? Bros if the business doesn’t favor you anymore, quit. The owner also wants to make profits and care about other factors too, not just the drivers. You don’t tell them how to run their company. You can’t demand for any package. I bet lots like you don’t even read terms and conditions. They did not you employ you, you downloaded their app and signed up agreeing to all terms and conditions. The average Nigerian is very foolish.

If you can't afford to hail a cab, use kabu-kabu or better still get a Keke guy to move you around! Frustrated bastard comparing government workers or organised private sector employees to ride hailing hustlers. You're mad.

Uber driver or Bolt driver is NOT an employee of Uber or Bolt. You can enlist when you like and quit when you like. The examples you gave shows how stupid you are. Everything is not emotion.

Uber or Bolt riding is a HUSTLE. You should do it for the time being to keep body and soul together. It is not civil service or long term employment, for you entitled idiots to be forming nonsense unionism.

Customers won't support you guys on this...

Fare increase means customers would pay more... As if Bolt/Uber is not already expensive enough

But in all fairness, with increase in fuel prices fares should never remain the same...

Vehicle maintenance cost is steadily on the increase, with Engine oil , Transmission oil and brake fluid all becoming expensive... vulcaniser would charge you ₦500 for what should have been ₦200

.
Customer will always go were drivers go, Enough is enough, the flyer is pretty self explanatory!

Even the market woman in the market knows prices of things has tripled! Most importantly, we offer premium cab services and those that can't afford it should start using Kabu-kabu!

I find this post so disgusting and insensitive, people like you shouldn’t find their way to power. Other professionals going on strike should also quit ba? Your thinking is shallow and I can tell you are not even so mature. People like you celebrate people who are into crime and denigrate people with legit hustle. You are the fool my dear!

People like you (and not Buhari or APC) are the problem with Nigeria. People are desperate does not mean they should be exploited! If what you just posted makes any iota of sense, then there will be absolutely no labour laws in or minimum wages in developed countries as every employer will treat and pay their employees anyhow and argue that anyone that doesn't like it should quit. I argued today with a Nigerian youth like you who was trying to defend Chinese and Indian factory owners who make poor, desperate and helpless employees to work 12 hrs for between #30000 - #50000 monthly. I ask you the same question I asked him; if we see nothing wrong with the status quo, how do we start insisting it should be corrected?

I actually feel sorry for people like you with your funny entitlement mentality grin. It is people like you that keep deceiving yourself into thinking you have some kind of right over something that is 100% not yours by any stretch of the imagination. Your type of people are too lazy to make the difficult but right decision of walking away and searching elsewhere, but instead you start dragging right over someone else's sweat and labour, or maybe you think people that own these companies just snapped their fingers and the company fell down from the sky and started operating.

To answer your question, what you see as wrong isn't seen that way by everyone, but you can do your part by walking away, if everyone does that what do you think will happen when there is hardly anyone to work for them?

Nature has a way of regulating stuff, there is the natural law of demand and supply and no one can do anything about it.
That people are desperate is no fault of the company and if there are more than enough people WILLING to work under certain conditions for reasons best known to them then its just the natural law of demand and supply taking its course. why do you think corporations source cheap labour from certain countries?

I am totally against any form of gang up to intimidate people that gave you a source of livelihood when you were jobless begging, applying and going through all sorts of scrutiny just to work for them. Now you are working and breathing small you are ganging because you want more. Simply walk away if you are not satisfied and go else where.

As humans nothing is 100%. When have our registered members nationwide key into this, the message would be loud and clear enough. We expect non registered members like yourself to look at the demands spelt above and question their conscience if what the drivers are demanding for is out of place. We have lost fathers, husbands, brothers to criminals who pose as passengers due to no form of verification of passengers. I know we live in a lawless country but things can NOT continue like this.

Lol! I can already see where this is headed with drivers installing apps that will manipulate their GPS data to inflate travel times and travel distance like all drivers did before Uber caught on

Mr Man, the average Bolt driver earns more than you can ever earn, but then again, it's a partnership! The moment one renege on the agreement, he'd checked! Bolt owns the App, we own the cars, as far as you know the cab system is as old as time, we can survive without them, but they can survive without us!

So next time you feel that urge to indulge in conversations above your pay grade, remember to pretend to sound like someone that's a little bit informed, and not an idiot
