What case does Akpabio have ? They're just trying to illegally compensate him so he won't lose relevance for four years both ways. He contested for presidency in the APC primaries where the election took place before the senatorial primaries. His name can NEVER have been on both nomination forms hence he contested ONLY the presidential primaries so what does he want Mike Igini to do ? Even if INEC carelessly orders a rerun primaries today (not possible) he still can't contest because the names given by both alleged factions could never logically contain include Akpabio except the APC wants to do it's usual abracadabra bastardization of legal processes

Even if they do the courts are there. APC will never get away with it. Akpabio should just go and rest.

Like I always say, if we have 37 of Barr. Mike Igini as State's RECs, Nigeria's electoral process would have always been a free and fair contest. Other RECs should learn from this gentleman. Mike Igini is a no on nonesense man. All these dubious and fraudulent politicians and their jobless supporters and apologists will always continue to wail as far as Igini remains a REC of INEC. Mike Igini doesn't give a Bleep. When I listened to the man talk recently on Channels abi AIT abi TVC , one of dem sha, I noticed he is a very adamant fellow in what he does so far it is good in his wisdom, which most times it is.

....but Akapabio did not buy the APC senatorial nomination form and he did not participate in the screening for the APC senatorial position. He just bought the APC presidential nomination form and was only focusing on his presidential ambition and went there to step down for tinubu....the next morning after the APC presidential primaries we just surprisingly heard that Akapabio is the APC senatorial candidatet, that he won the APC senatorial primaries... which senatorial primaries... everything just happen like magic...it's just like a student did not buy jamb form ifor jamb exam...but want to participate and write the jamb exam.. is that possible...that is the same thing as Akapabio case
