I met a guy in a taxi about a month ago, he was just staring at me, I have spots on my cheeks though they are only visible when I don't use make-up. My husband was diagnosed last September with Stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer that had spread to every bone in his body. His blood count was at 6, he had two transfusions. I did not do the final sensitivity and high-power microscopy examinations the Technologists do that.

Staphylococcus aureus is a particularly pernicious organism. If you do not use the sufficient dosage of antibiotics, it will develop an immunity to it.

We never saw any advanced cases of Staph aureus, because we always finished it within a few days.

It takes 24 hours to isolate the organism on Culture Media. These are Blood Agar, prepared with fresh blood, "Chocolate" Agar, prepared with cooked blood, MacConkey Agar, used on pus exudates, and CLED Agar, used for Urine.

If there is a live infection, discrete colonies of bacteria will be seen growing on the plate by 24 hours- PROVIDED THE PATIENT HAS NOT BEEN USING ANTIBIOTICS!

If they have, even if they don't cure the infection, they MAY prevent the Organism from culturing successfully. If no colonies appear by 48 hours, Culture will not likely find anything.

If there was pus, we know antibiotics have interfered with the test.

But once there is a growth of the organism, our next move is to take a sample colony and suspend it in PEPTONE WATER and spread it on a DST Agar plate.

A piece of star-shaped paper is put in the centre of the plate, and it is incubated a further 24 hours.

The first part of your comment was medical school stuff. For me, I have little or no business with the Orthodox Medicines nowadays. I have been bold enough (and disciplined, to some extent) to try nature. So far, I have not been disappointed: Nature is awesome.

This post is quite old. But, if I remember well, I have not used any drugs/medicines/surgeries etc since then. I have based my lifestyle on the principles deduced from the studies and research of Natural Therapies, under which is Urine Therapy. I am a testimony.
