Negligence and stupidity. How can you leave such an amount in a car without anyone to watch over it? Even within the bank premises, valuables should be locked away and out of sight of prying eyes. Such should be locked away in the boot of the car. Any criminal seeing huge bags inside a car would be attracted immediately.

I hope the bank has got cctv covering the area the car was parked.

i was on a site in 2014 when some guy from badagry with a very large sum of cash was robbed.

In the Nigeria of today it's very needless and risky to carry such amount of cash and even leave it inside vehicle. Any transaction now can be done online and if your business requires receiving cash please try as much as possible to encourage your customers to do transfers, it saves you a lot of stress. My one penny.

It's because the victim is in the North. There is almost zero crime rate in the North, apart from banditry. People move around with millions of cash, without fear in the North. But you can't try that in other parts of this Country.

whr do expect him to put the money he just withdrew from bank to be used for construction project.? site workers are mostly paid daily,do u expect him to go withdraw every day??
