You didn't get the gist.
The the Court slashed it by 75% not to 75M.
So he could now get 25M instead of the initial 100M.

A young Nigerian Jude Bela has won the Nigeria Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at the appellate court for illegal detention, and confiscation of his properties all in the name of "he's too young to make money from Google Adsense"

According to the video shared by Jude Bela on his YouTube page, trouble started back in 2019 when the EFCC ordered 2 Nigerian banks UBA and Polaris banks to freeze all his accounts on suspicion of money laundering. He was invited to the EFCC office where he was later detained for four days and thereafter his house was searched where the EFCC took his house and business documents and later seized his cars and house.

According to Bela, he showed EFCC his source of income which is Google Adsense from YouTube but the argument from EFCC was that he was too young to have such an amount. After much frustration by EFCC and its refusal to charge him to court, he decided to sue the EFCC at the federal high court where he won the case against the gross violation of his human rights. The case was appealed by EFCC at the appeal court and the appellate court also upheld the judgement of the high court.

During this trauma period, he lost everything, his business, joy and YouTube channel

I keep saying it that if all Nigerian youths start suing EFCC they will be forced to stop harassing people, EFCC loses most big corruption cases to politicians because of inadequate evidence they don’t do investigation 95% of their cases is just guess work, imagine they don’t even have good evidence to charge the guy because they were thinking he is a yahoo boy that’s what usually comes to their mind when they see a young man living good and driving a good car, if not that the government has created hardship and inflation among Nigerians what’s car and landed properties which could not be acquired legitimately at a young age make we old first before having such things that make life easier for citizens? You will see flashy cars plying roads in UAE young people will be driving fast cars without being investigated because the country is worth it, let me tell you as a Nigerian you are supposed to be receiving some wages and allowances from government and also if you are working you can apply for car loan and pay back installments until you finished paying for it same with house and landed properties, what makes me feel angry seeing people campaigning for some ancestors to become president is this, why is Nigeria different from the rest of the world in terms of government and social welfare policies to their citizens? US and European countries etc doing that for their citizens aren’t wealthier than Nigeria in fact some of those countries don’t even have resources or make the kind of money Nigeria is making through mineral resources and crude oil sales, they want us to be looking so razz and tattered once young man drive car is yahoo or is fraud very stupid mentality

Those of you allowing dead brains in government all in the name of tribalism should stop it, you may feel is good to have your tribal person in power how about having a competent government that can guarantee security of Nigerians and also giving us basic benefits that we deserved have you thought of that before allowing some stupid old men lie to you?
