No luck anywhere.
It shows how low our country has fallen under Buhari.
A bag of Cement was 1500 as at 2014 it us now 4500
A block was 80 naira in 2014 it is now 250
Imported materials like Tiles, doors, electrical materials are 3 times more expensive now due to the price of dollar.
No luck anywhere

Sorry, mr. Minority.

This reasoning is why there are few wealthy people in the world, only 1% of world population.

Because majority are all doing same thing, am not surprised you're with the majority.

Are you sure you want to do that flat hidden roof style in Nigeria? Looks pretty but prove to soaking rain in a decade or so. Will also look dirty as the paint will be exposed to the weather.

Every 2 years 6 drums of paint will make it look good

You can also use baba mukaila with strong supervision...baba mukaila(bricklayer, artisan) too get family to feed. You only become stupid when you entrust everything to baba mukaila without supervision.

I am currently building a 4 unit self contained too, ad estimated by the engineer that I would use 4200 blocks, I ended up using 2800 up to the 2 coaches after lintel... though I still have gable walls to add...

The roof will slope to the back, just like the 3d pics below

Note...it's a standard self con with kitchen, store, wardrobe, toilet...

*Modified*
I am still going to add 5 more coaches to the front to create a good height for the roof, I will update the thread as it goes..so far, I spent 1.6m including the soak away I dug which is 10ftby 12ft deep and 6ft by 6ft for waste water..

Is this open to anybody? State or Federal workers? Or which?

Its for everyone but you must register and contribute for 6months.( for govt. workers your is deducted automatically, check your payslip.)

You must have evidence to show you're gainfully employed or self employed.

You must have land with c of o and other land documents.

you must deposit 10% of any amount you will borrow, maximum of 15m

Just locate an MLO or PMB nearest to you for more clarification.
