This nation is in trouble!

The rot in every sector from health to security has been covered for so long, like placing band-aid over an untreated wound, the decay has almost become irredeemable.

Nigeria....oh my Nigeria. Do we have a medical board at all? This country is a mess. The Minister should resign, Buhari should be locked up. Same way they killed my papa.

What nonsense is this? What have they achieved with the videos now? Imagine opening your mouth to laugh when someone, a human being is struggling with his life. TUFIAKWA! Those animals should be fired

Callousness....

Pray you don't fall into the hands of these merchants of death. Their recklessness will kill you faster than what took you there.

Tomorrow now these lots will be demanding heaven and earth from the government and some idiots would be supporting them. Shior! RIP Rico

Please, don't be insensitive... The rot in the healthcare sector is why your president and the aged one vying to replace him spend your money to get treated abroad!

Rico's chances of survival began declining from the scene of the accident. No proper first aid or paramedic on ground... Only to get to the hospital and be left untreated for so long!

Your nation's negligence to healthcare killed him, same way they killed and keep killing many others!

This are the same set of people relocating (japa) to UK/US/CANADA etc...Someone recently predicted that 5 to 10 years from now, alot of nigerian doctors/nurses will be in prison abroad....

The hospital should be sue…

To serve as a deterrent to others.
A lot of times we blame government for this and that…but we as individuals, organizations neglect to perform even the most basic responsibilities and duties.
Not everything is government.

He was attended to ,the only thing the nurses did was Thier usual amebo and laughing, they weren't the ones recording,it was members of his team.
This unprofessional nurses are of course indifferent to sufferings and near death experience and take it very lightly because they see it Everytime

You can clearly hear someone ask them to stop the video and attend to him.

You can clearly hear the first nurse ask for help and no one responded.

Kindly shut up!

Really sad. And that's how it happens all over the country.

The same medical personnel go abroad and become compliant.

That tells you the system is bad from the top!

The reason it works abroad is due to proper leadership starting from the Presidency.

Those nurses should be arrested and their licenses should be canceled. What rubbish, is that a government or private hospital? I won’t be surprised if it’s a government hospital. Nurses in government hospitals always behave like demigods, they don’t care about the life of the people they are meant to save

When a person dies, its his time.. The nurses may be reckless and careless about their duty but its his time.. Some person(s) also actually cheat death ( not the person(s) time).. Death is mysterious and it will come to all... Rip Rico.. Your death really pained me a lot.. I loved and supported you during the double wahala season because of how loving and caring u were in the house.. Never knew death would snatch you this early...

There is something called "Untimely death" and preventable death!

My thing is... was he already pronounced dead at this time? If yes... then I don't think there is the need for urgency but yet... unprofessional and I think u ethical for them to be filming period.
If at this stage he was in a critical condition... he should've been attended to by a doctor. Where is the doctor?... nurses are there to assist doctors ... not to make decisions and operate on the victim. The hospital need to be sued for negligence.. if he were alive at this point.

It's not enough to lock down this hospital!

Do we also lock down the entire healthcare sector, because that's the root source of this anomaly!

This is the same rot in the security and education sector which your leaders in both APC and PDP have neglected for over 2 decades now!

It's really sad that humans are losing the very thing that makes us unique" Empathy".
This cut across all sphere of life and profession, as clearly seen on the video no sense of urgency, that brings the question of why they have an emergency ward when they falls short when the need arises. Medical profession should be 100 % passion induced, but what we have today is thousands applying to be nurses and doctors with sole reason of being employed after graduation, consequently the effects we are seeing today zero passion and money conscious.

dis is not just Lagos....almost everywhere in Nigeria.....Nurses/doctors just look away n pretend that there is nothing happening.....dis is just so sad

They dont value life. That was how my friend had a heart attack while he was jogging instead of calling for help they were busy making videos with thier phones. Until he finally gave up.
