The believer has to deal with the evil foundation, curses, evil covenants running through the family lineage.
What salvation or being born again does in the life of a believer is to confer rights and access, authority ( to bind or loose), but the failure to do the needful with regards to evil pattern, demonic cycle, etc is to indirectly permit them to run riots in such lives and destinies.

Being born-again simply means one has entered into the Kingdom of God through either of the Broad gate which leads to destruction at the end(Hellfire) or the Narrow gate which leads to True Life at the end(Heaven) - John 3 vs 1 - 8 & Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 & Luke 13 vs 22 - 30. What this means is that even those who will end up in Hell(Eternal damnation) at the end will all be born-again. And those who will end up in Hell are under curses, many of the curses laid out by Jesus Christ on those who belong to Him yet refusing to obey Him.

First, it's not in your power to decide who is born again. Only God sees the heart. It's not up to you to tell who is born again and qualified for heaven.
Also being a member of any church does not make you born again.
Paul taught that when you are born again, you become a new creature.

The bible didn't say its generational curses that prevented his answers from reaching him though. But had Daniel not prayed so violently, despite being a servant of God and a faithful one for that matter, his prayers could have been hindered for ever.

If you like, be speaking in tongues as born again xtian, it doesn't absolve you from being haunted by generational curses. Until you break it, could be same-same. Go and ask real men of God concerning the battle they faced before overcoming it

Now, tell me what more do you expect of a born again Christian? Despite being born again, you can still be haunted by generational curses and that doesn't mean you're a sinner still . I’m talking from my own personal experience. It was prayer that set me free coupled with the passages you listed above… Family curses no dey hear all these. Do you want us to switch to spiritual warfare?
