My Redmi note 9s has been stuck on bootloop for a week now....just showing "Redmi" and restarting every second on its own. except when I plug it with the charger directly to a power source that it finally moves to homepage.

Please who can help me out... I have tried everything but no success so far.

Did you update to MIUI 13 recently?

Experienced same last week after I updated to MIUI 13 2 weeks ago. Prior to that, the battery showed no signs of deterioration. I didn't want to jump into conclusion it's the update, so I believed it's just a coincidence and that the battery has failed.

I had to replace the battery, when the original battery was removed, everything looked okay with no signs of swelling.

You can tell your technician to disconnect and reconnect the battery and see if that works. If not, just replace the battery.

It has plenty issues oh!

Don't update.

Phone hangs. Some people even had to go downgrade by flashing at phone repair place angry

I updated, no single issue at all. Ensure it's not the beta version you installed if what you stated isn't a joke though

Hey guys, I got a Redmi 10c about 5 months ago. I'm having issues with overheating thereby draining the battery fast. It gets too hot to the point that I sometimes switch it off for some time for it to cool off. I'm not a heavy user and I hardly use it while charging. Also noticed it gets hot while charging.
What do I do about it?

What's the network condition of your location like ? Check for apps that are constantly running in the background and if you have pending updates you run them

There's definitely something running in the background... And besides, are you using glo?

How does using glo cause a phone to become very hot?
I'm experiencing severe hotness from my redmi note 10pro and this starts when I am using catcup app to do video editing and stuff

I want to believe some apps are responsible for it. I've been using Glo from day 1 I purchased the phone.

It may start giving issues later definitely. Hardware/software integrity may have diminished for sure, it's just a matter of time

If it's software related according to you, two things are involved. It's either you detect and delete the mischievous app or you completely format the phone and start all over

Glo sims are quite strainous and exhaustive to some phones.
Besides, since u already know the guilty app, why are you still keeping it?

Please house,my Redmi 9T started misbehaving.
It suddenly goes off on its own even when the battery is still at 60% or more and when I put it on charge, after some or several hours it would come up again.
What could be the problem and what's the solution?
