The tribulation is why your industries are comatose, your refineries are dead and you cannot be fix them yet you churn out engineers yearly, you cannot build 2nd Niger bridge by yourself, Ajaokuta cannot take off, all your steel rolling mills cannot work, you generate 5,000mw of electricity for 200m people and regard it as an achievement, you do not have mental capacity to do anything. That's why you are called 'BLACK'! By now, you should have come across people describing President Buhari as the 'Infrastructure' President, the man that built plenty roads and bridges and railways that other Presidents abandoned.
