All this noise won't change the fact that your coup plot failed and you lost the war

I'm no tribalist but it's on record that the only tribe that has been defeated in an official war since Nigeria's independence, is your tribe and not the Yorubas you call cowards

Your combativeness is only because you're trying hard to erase that fact and you can't come to terms with it

You have to have the heart to fight, then you talk about defeat

I would rather be from a tribe that stood up and fought like men, and was defeated, than be you guys that can never ever fight for a second, to even talk about getting to the point of defeat

If you can accept defeat as you claim, then why are you still reeling from it and unable to move on?

The worst part is that you weren't a combatant in the war but harbour hatred from its outcome

Not all battles need to become wars, some require strategy and skillful navigation to win without it resulting in armed confrontations

What do you call a surrender to your enemies?

The fact that Igboland and traditions are intact is proof that the Nigerian State aren't out to conquer you guys, contrary to all your claims of 'Fulani Jihad'

You Igbos don't seem to understand the concept of interconnectedness of people, interwoven histories and a what unites a people

He is very correct my brother. Nigeria thinks they can bury the Igbo question and go scot free. Hell no. Lack of unity, fairness, and inclusion lead to unrest
and injustice. Injustice breeds agitations while agitations give rise to calls for separatist state or succession.
Who are the Nigerians that are burying the Igbos? In Nigeria today are the Igbos the most marginalised or the people suffering from injustice the most ? There injustice all over against different tribes ,it is not just Igbo people. You people are the biggest beneficiary of this Nigeria if you don't know. A time will come a referendum will be given to you people and get your Biafra soon.
The bolded is funny hell no like you can do anything to Nigeria , separatist call or agitations, who cares, it is your region that suffers it , alot your people here in the north couldn't go for Christmas holiday this years.

Traditional rulers are the custodians of a people's history and culture. Ilorin's history and culture is embodied by the Emir of Ilorin, same goes for all the Obas in their domains

Yorubas respect their traditional ways and customs, but realise their future will be forged through modern political systems and are forging an enviable one

Yoruba administration evidently towers above Igbo administration, which is one of the reasons Yorubaland is more attractive to Nigerians including Easterners than Igboland is

Yorubas have forged empires and already have a blueprint as to the extent of Yorubaland and its boundaries....Yorubaness is hence, never in question and that's why Yorubas and Northerners can have cordial relationships

Igboland on the other hand has an identity crisis, IPOB believes Igboland extends beyond the Southeast into the SouthSouth, but those in the SouthSouth claimed by the Southeast reject them and their Igbo cause

Nzeogwu was our first Head of Military Intelligence and uncovered terrible plans to wreak havoc across the country. We organised a group of progressive military officers to carry out a coup on 15th January, 1966 to stop a Jihad and bring sanity to a Nigeria steeped in nepotism, corruption and mass murders. The Government of Tafawa Balewa, controlled by the Premier of Northern Nigeria, Ahmadu Bello, were using us in the army to repress the Middle Belt and Western Nigeria. Houses and cars were burnt. Thousands were killed. All these happened between 1962- 66

Same Nzeogwu that accused Awolowo in Court of plotting a Coup that they eventually Jailed Awolowo for

Is what everyone of them should do, you've wronged many people, just let bygones be bygones.

But, you always trying to dig up that history and then masking that crime in a noble garb will always draw repercussions.

Say for example, a close person was murdered, the killer was captured but released after reaching a truce, but man goes ahead trying to portray his actions in the best way there is; something everyone should regard and hail him for. The murder was not enough, he now wishes to spit on their graves too. Haba.

Action and reaction are equal and opposite.

This line argument does not hold water.
Azikiwe should be blamed for all the suffering, pains, death and agony the igbos went through that time, even until now.

of course, we are "cowards" as one of them said earlier........because we didn't fight when they expected us to fight-nay- commit suicide for no ends. This is why the Igbos detest yorubas more.....even worse than the fulanis who have historically, been decimating them & with gusto, too.

I have always known that the bolded above is why you igbos truly hates yorubas. Just for the mere reason that we refused to be manipulated by your moronic and myopic elite.

Ojukwu, prior to the commencement of the civil war had his mercenaries flying planes to drop leaflets in lagos imploring yorubas to rise up and chase heavily armed and bloodthirsty fulanis from lagos with.............sticks and stones.

So, because we didn't take their bait, they call us cowards.Ojukwu probably thought the same hence why he was very quick to send his ragtag BLF (biafran liberation Ftont) to our region ostensibly to liberate us when no-one asked for his aid.

Ojukwu underestimated yorubas - hence why he lost the war.

We are saying the same thing

Hausa/Fulani can do whatever they like in Yoruba land, but Yoruba only develop a sense of protection if Igbos are involved

Glad you know.......Yes o, we won't take any shhhit from you guys. Moreover, whatever we do within our ancestral land is none of your business.

If we want, we will give fulanis leeway in our region but not you ingrates.
